fraud
I signed on for a trial of the dazzelwhite product. I am receiving and charged for unauthorized subsequent product. They do not provide a phone number or address to contact the company to stop and opt out. They did not explain what they do when you sign on for the trial. I have not used any of the product and want the deliveries to stop in addition to a refund for the unused product. HELP

fraudulently withdrawing money
I ordered, and recieved Dazzelwhite product, some time after placing the order on 14 october 09.
To my horror, I noticed recently that this company, under different aliases, has taken further amounts from my account
without my permission. On one occaision under the name of Pristine health, they took £54.34 and on 2/11 they took a
further £54.69, this time under the alias of Incomplete health.
I have had to stop my debit card, and when I googled these companies, they as a company didn't exist, but there were a
string of emails from other people who have had exactly the same thing happen to them.
My bank are not at all sure that they can recover the money for me, although they say that this is very wide spread at the moment.

cherges
i also was taken in a few weeks ago and had two payments of large amounts taken out of my account. i contacted my bank who gave me the number 08082389891 of which i phone to cancel order. they could not find me and there for could cancel my order.
so i went on the dazzelwhite web page and spoke on the chat to kim who wasnt really bothered i told them i had contacted the fbi for internet fraud and my bank and after a long chat i was given a phone number to ring which was free from the uk 08081201987.
i phone it and said i had never received the product and they offered to send it out again which i said NO. they then put me though to the refund department which agreed to refund the one payment they could see on their computer and agreed that the other payment was their company and if i faxed proof of payment taken to fax number 405 621 6384 they would refund me for that amount too. so fingers crossed.
after all who can say wether or not you have received the item and why should these companies get away with it. hopefully i should receive the refunds.

charged my card after I returned product
I sent the product back to the company before my 14 trial period was up and told them not to charge my credit card. The still charged me, and I have gotten the run around trying to get it removed. Very discussed with this company. Do not buy anything from them. Their customer service is horrible.

credit fraud
They tell you it is a free trial and all you pay is shipping. Then at day 15 they charge you 84.92 to your credit card saying they gave you a full 30 day supply. In reality all you get with the trial is a 3 cc syringe with gel. That is supposed to last 30 days?
I told them when they called that afternoon that I did not want anything other than the free trial. Then ------- $84.92 on my credit card.

Credit Fraud
I fell into their trap like lots of other people, after recieving the product and using it for 2 days we had very bad burns in our mouths that lasted for days. Unfortunatley we were on holiday when the product arrived so the 14 days were well out of date by the time we tried it. I cancelled the contract on the 24/8/09 and managed to get a cancellation number and an e-mail confirmation on the 24/8/09.
The product is supposed to last 90 days but this did not stop them from taking more money on the 26/08/09. There answer was that they had dispatched another package. It is now the 31/8/09 and no package has arrived.
I am still trying to get back my money, but it is very difficult to get an e-mail address or a postage address, only a phone number that costs a fortune dailing from the UK as the FREE numbers do not work from the UK.

didnot order
Charged my credit card for $58.71 and sent me three small packages of Dazzelwhite tooth polish which I did not
order nor authorize I will return, dispute the charge and notify my credit card company to block
andy futher charges from this company. I did order a trial sample one time only for $4.95 but did not
reorder. The charge is dated 8/15/09. There is also no invoice with this order I had to look up my
credit card online to get the amount. This is a very shoddy form of merchandising.

Credit Card Scam
I ordered the sample whitening product and have never received anything, yet they keep charging my credit card. The sample was supposed to be free, with only a $3 shipping charge.

DazzelWhite Tooth Whitener
The online advertisement for this product is very deceptive. By accepting the free trial you are actually signing up to receive the product every month at a cost of $58.76. The company will then bill your credit card and the credit card company cannot stop payment because it is an electronic debit. The second shipment of the product will arrive within a few days of the first and your credit card will be billed again. The customer care telephone line is ofetn not operational. I am sure that this is both a scam and a a rip-off. I am available to be included in a class action suit against this company and others like it such as BriteWhite. I believe that the companies conspired with each other on their advertisments of a consumer suggesting that the free trial were free.

Credit Card Fraud
I ordered a sample of Dazzel White (trial price $1.97) which I agreed to be take from my credit card. I was also billed $58.25 which I did not authorize. I called back the following day of the original order and complained. My account was credited for the $58.25 which was fine. The following billing statement from my bank showed that Dazzel White had again debited my account for $58.25. I called the cancellation phone number and was told that I would have to return the sample sent to me before I would be credited back the full amount. I was advised that this would take 5 - 15 days to show as a credit. Do not order this product via the internet it is a cleverly constructed way to rip off the consumer who wish to try a product prior to purchasing.
It is companies like this who give reputable companies a bad name. Oh, by the way - May you find your just reward in HELL Dazzel White!!!
