MAJOR Scam
I ordered a trial sample of Dazzle Bright and SuperStar Smile per a story in a magazine regarding how well these products worked together. As of today, I have not received any products from Dazzle Bright. However, my Visa card was charged $87.47. They refused to credit my account even though no product had been received. They also stated that there would be a 45% re-stocking fee if I returned the product - if/when that may be. They informed me that after the "trial period" if I had not called them to cancel, my account would be charged. The trial period was from 6.12-6.20. It did not matter than I had not received the product. I got three different reps. I asked to speak to a supervisor or boss, they refused to allow me to do that and refused to credit the money back to the account. While I was on the phone, my husband went to the bank and completely closed the account where the $87.47 was on hold to be paid. I tried to reason with these people and told them I would be happy to send the unopened box back. I just wanted my account credited the $87.47. After an hour and a half either on hold or being transferred to another rep, I finally thanked them and hung up. I also told them that I would make sure that my opinion would be place online for everyone to see - that Dazzle Bright is a HUGE RIP-OFF. I cannot understand how the law can allow any business to do this to people. It is robbery - anyway you look at it. With fear in my heart, I contacted SuperStar Smile to make sure that any on-going account charges were cancelled. They were very pleasant. They have not charged my account anything, but the initial shipping fee. However, they had set up a continued order per month. Thankfully, that is now cancelled. I wish I had seen all of the complaints regarding Dazzle Bright BEFORE I went for the free trial offer!! BEWARE!!!

False Advertisement
I cancelled this product within the 14 day trial period and was still charged for $86.93, about a week after I cancelled. When I called to inquire about the charge, the customer service rep told me that my cancellation was to "cancel the membership" and that the sample was "not free". In order to receive the refund back, I would have to return the trial sample. Luckily I didn't try it yet. I am still able to mail it back. The website claims it is a "Free Trial". This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
