I ordered the free trials offered by the Dazzle Brite Company (if you wish to call them a company) agreeing to pay only shipping and handling charges and the initial monthly fee (that would be refunded upon arrival of the returned product). However, instead of getting a free trial I got just the opposite: unauthorized charges from Beauty Secrets and Weight Secrets that have headquarters in the UK, so I was charged an additional fee for that reason as well. When I called Dazzle Brite's customer service number (866) 989-2686, the first few times I spoke with very kind individuals. Unfortunately, they were obviously the least bit helpful since I am still experiencing major inconveniences due to their lack of product and company knowledge. Everytime I ask one of these individuals to speak with their management, I get told that I can't because "they are trained to answer the questions I have and any member of their management will give me the same response that they just did." I continued to push this issue stating that I was unsatisfied with the service she was providing me with, and needed to speak with someone above her to discuss it and other personal issues I had with the company. She told me that she was not going to transfer me to her managers nor provide me with a phone number to contact them with. After several minutes of questioning her on this topic and how her managers would ever be aware that she (or any other member of their staff) was providing poor customer service if no one is ever allowed to contact them. She told me that she would report the complaint to her management herself. Is it just me, or is it hard to believe that someone would tell their manager complaints about themself? I asked if she could request that her management contact me if I cannot contact them, for whatever reasons. That was also a no go. She then told me that she was not going to keep going in circles with me and hung up. I tried calling back a number of times in a row right after this, and of course... no answer. Finally, I got through to another individual who fed me the same line of useless information about how it is impossible for any customer to ever speak to their management. He said he could send them an email and notify them that I wish to speak with them, so I asked for the email address. He refused to give it to me and said they would email me and be able to understand the situation by the notes that he was providing in the system.
On the otherhand, the product was completely worthless... which is now the least of my worries. Instead, I get to spend time calling these worthless people until I get some answers. So, unless you want to pay for a product (because it is in no way, shape, or form free) that does not work, pay numerous unauthorized charges to your credit card for things and services that you will never be provided with (if you even manage to figure out what the products and services even are), and like spending time talking to unhelpful and rude people... DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.
