Product returned but no refund given
I ordered DazzleSmile for 87.62 in 10/09 and returned the product per their instructions. I requested a refund but I never received it and it has been almost a year.
In 2/10 I sent to a supervisor in Aurora CO (Victor) a fax of delivery confirmation by USPS.
I contacted them by telephone and was told it would take a few months as their corporate office is in the UK.
Since then I have not gotten my refund and the numbers I have are either now invalid or out of service.
I am now going to pursue this matter for the refund through my credit card company, the Attorny General's office and and the FTC as I have learned there are several others who have encountered the same shoddy treatment.

Rip off
Without a doubt this is the biggest rip-off I have encountered. This elusive sales job advertises a "FREE" sample; however, it turns into a major rip-off and a major headache to try and resolve. They will continue to bill you until you call them. The advertising is very deceiving and lures the customer into purchasing a free sample. That is just the beginning. They then call you constantly; however, it's the salesman, not customer service and, although they will tell you they will cancel your service, they continue to bill you. I spent over an hour talking to customer support only to be told that they would not refund my credit card. I never received anything from the company. Warning: Never buy anything from this company, you will regret it!

Bait and switch
As other people have said I went to order a free trial and then noticed a charge of $87.47 that I didn't authorize. When I called they told me that because I didn't cancel within 10 days they automatically enrolled me into a monthly program. Of course I didn't receive an e-mail giving me that information. They did give me $20.00 back because I didn't receive my e-mail confirmation, but will not give me the entire amount back. They are sending out another package to me and then I am out of the program after I go to a website they e-mail to me and do exactly what I was instructed to do. If I make a mistake then I am not out of the program. If I do it exactly as Alma to me then they will never charge me again, so they say. I will see next month.

Rip off
I responded to a trial offer for a tooth-whitening kit. the next thing i know the company is trying to subscribe me to a membership for $87. 00. i noticed the transaction being done on my online banking account. i immediately called the company and told them to cancel it. they did but now they're stating i didn't follow terms of service when i cancelled the membership - WHAT?!? the kit didn't come with any invoice or return instructions or even membership materials. i contacted my bank about the unauthorized charge. next i'll be contacting the better business bureau.

Rip off
Bastards, i cannot afford to be ripped off by anyone. i have also been charged 2 x $86.00 fees from my credit card and. this is extremelly distressing and unfair. i have cancelled my credit card and will not be buying anything from the net again.
This company should be forced to pay back every cent they have illegally stolen from consumers.
make sure you tell your bank to stop your credit card by listing it as stolen this is the best way to stop this from continuing, they need to issue you a new credit card number not just a new card.

They stole my money
I ordered the product and after i received the product i decided to cancel my subscritption. I then returned the next sample, which came even though i had cancelled my order, at cost to me. the company then said they would reimburse me which was never done. then they lied and said the amount was credited to my account. it never was and then refused to refund my money or send me another product. They essentially lied and stole my money. The own supervisors even told me their company was full of croooks and the usually never refunded anyone's money.

Charged My Credit Card
This is a scam!! I ordered a free sample.. paid $1.99 for shipping then they charged my credit card $39.64!!
I called the company and they told me to return the product for a refund.. I returned the product and I'm still waiting for the refund! Every time I call I get the same thing.. I'm sorry we don't have an email address!! You waited to long to call us back! I did;nt wait to long I've been calling since Oct.. I guess am just SOL!!

No refund
$1.95 free-trial turned into 4 charges by 2 companies (Health Smile and WellBHealth) and somehow involving the 3rd company, Dazzle Smile. One of the charges was for $48.92 for an auto-ship, which I did not authorize. I called and was told to ship the product back with the cancellation number clearly written on the outside, which I did. I also tracked it through the USPS. I expected a refund. Now, 120 days after the original charge, they are refusing to refund the money because I am outside the 120-day window. I was told that I should have called sooner and there is nothing they can do. I was even denied a conversation with a supervisor until I became irate enough. The supervisor told me the same thing. They are also claiming that my "charge date" was 10/28, which I can prove wrong by my bank statement. And, yes, I did return the product within the specified time--30 days. CROOKS!!!

Unauthorzed Charges from my Credit Card
I placed an order for a Trail order only. To my horror I have being charged 4 times on my credit card amount of $55.48 0n the 21 December 2009 $57.16 on the 22 December 2009 of $57.16 and 15 February 2010 0f $102.75 and 22 February 2010 of 100.00. This is not a trail any more this is a ripoff. I hope you can stop these people.

No refund
These people are such a rip off!! I sent the product back after my credit card was charged $87.50! Now they tell me the 30 days were up and I will not be getting a refund! These people are ripping off countless people and need to be stopped! What do you need to do to file a legal complaint? I was under the impression that the credit would be issued as soon as I sent the "Crap" back! I had to send it with a tracking number and paid extra for the postage, now they will probably turn around and ship it to some other unsuspecting soul!
