Unauthorized Auto generated order
I read an article that on teeth whitening. Supposedly from a customer that tried (2) trial offers in conjunction with one another that worked better then using them individually. For only the small shipping fee less than $5. I since went over my statement noticing charges beyond the trial shipping fee that was said that I'd have, monthly in upwards of several hundred dollars. I spoke with my Credit account company and they suggested to contact the customer service deptment to see if they'd refund the charges of the product monthly I didn't order. They mentioned that they were only able to cancel my subscription account. Only the last order could be returned for a refund within 30 days which is there return policy. Not to mention another bonus trial offer that you could opt to cancel only at the time the original order was placed. What a scam! Don't ever use a debit card for online purchases. It's easier for a credit card company to dispute charges than when using your own money from a debit card.

Big Internet Scam
I was one of the guy who fell for this trial offer and the company kept on taking money out of my credit card a/c .When I saw all these various transactions in my visa a/c under different names, I reported to my credit card company and they would not stop these transactions and told me that these are the affiliated companies to Dazzle smile and I have accepted their terms and condition. I just had to report my card lost so that I could get my a/c closed. They took £160 from my a/c in total . Any idea how to get this money back?
This is US company that delivers items from UK depot.
They must have done people of millions of pounds so far and the authorities should track them down.

Scam
I found a charge for 24.13 on my card. I called the number listed on the charge and proceeded to ask the person who answered the call what the charge was for. He then asked what was my account number and relayed again the afford stated information. I was then asked a few questions and he had located the account. He told me that I had signed up for this world fitness website. I said I had no idea what he was talking about that I did sign up for dazzle smile. On and on he went about the agreement and that he could cancel the account, and has, but I had signed an agreement and charges could not be reversed. I said they could easily check to see that I had never logged on to their website and this would be do to the fact that I never ordered it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the operator actually refused.
Dazzle smile themselves is a bit of a racket. I had 14 days to cancel my order. I didn't know that 14 days included shipping. On a product that says it takes over 14 days to see results.
Point being: It's a scam. They know people are not going to reply back inside the trial period.
Stay away from Dazzle Smile/World Fit!

Rip off
I ordered free trial. Should not have given credit card. My order was placed on 10/20. received it later, but cancelled on 10/30. Did not want to be charged. They said they would cancel shipments, but charged my account $87. when I called them, they said I needed to return product. I sent the product back on 11/19, but called them on 1/4 and they said that it was after 30 days and no credit. Customer service is awful, reading a script to rip off people. There is no way to email them. SCAM~~~~~~~~watch out for DAZZLE SMIle PRo-/Premier white. it is the applicator stick whitning.

Billing for non delivery of product
I too have been scammed by this company for the free trial offer and then got billed for $87 after canceling my order. I had my credit card cancelled in order to stop any further orders placed. I never recieved the product as billed. I reported this to my bank, however, since I am in a dispute with another company from Cyprus, that they can not help me, but to contact these scam artist for a tracking number. How can I get a tracking number for a undelivered package from the US Postal Service, since the phony mail was never sent by standard mail. How can a bank let a charge go on my account with no delivery. I am very angry with the SCAM ARTIST S in CYPRUS and my BANK for not helping me in being ripped off. This product never worked and I did cancel the item in time, but they fraudenlately billed me for the next order without shipping anything. I do not want your product, just my money back...You F--king Con Artist.
