They Advertise on this Web Site!!!
Dazzle Smile conned me too. They are the same company as Premium White, which at this moment, advertises on this web site. Shame on Complaints Board for accepting an ad from an Internet scam company.
The company operates out of Cypress (the country) and uses a lot of different names as the current name gets a bad reputation. Don't go for ANY free trials of teeth whitening or anything else for that matter.

scam
i think i ve been scammed by an advert that read 'single mum discovered teeth whitening trick'. i gave my bank details and card number but ive been reading that its a credit card thats needed and not a debit card. Can someone please tell me ' have i been saved from this scam . Also if it in fact can be done with a debit card' how can i stop the payments. I read a post here that said 'barclays bank could not stop the transactions going out, so what can i do? Many thanks

I have also been got by this scam but my credit card company are not being very helpful, they have given me the phone numbers to call but have told me to sort it out myself and if i have no luck to get back to them about it...the money they have taken has taken me over my credit limit too so i have incureed charges...very annoyed in the fact that if i had of tried to use my card it wouldnt have been accepted so how come my credit card company have let these people take money that isn't there...this is just what you need over christmas huh. Seems the website i applied for the FREE trial from is now obsolete!!!..feel so powerless and angry at myself

scam
I ordered their sample for $1.95 and called and canceled the same day. They did not tell me to return the product then over a month later was charged $86.93. I canceled my debit card and the charged when away then it reappeared 3 days later. This happened because when they first charged you they also get authurization for the $86.93. Well I sent it back with delivery confirmation and they acceptedomp. So I disputed the charge as not being authorized and my bank took off the charge. It's funny how they use several names Smile Bright, Dazzle White(which is actually another company's name) and now Pro White Smile. If you have ordered it closed you checking account completely including your debit card and reopen a new one. If a credit card cancel it and notify your credit card company what is happening. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM.

Internet Scam
I am so ashamed to admit that I too have been scammed by Dazzle Smile. Can anyone give me a contact email/phone number/ address for Australia so that I can get in touch with someone about cancelling this subscription to something I haven't subscribed to! I have tried the numbers on the website, none of which work. I thought I was getting a free trial...now I have been charged $96.37 plus fees for "pristine health"??? for I don't know what as I have not received any goods.

fraud/unaurthorized charging
i ordered a free teeth whitening product from them about 3 weeks ago, never recieved them, but now have been charged two unauth0rized charges to my account for 78.95 a piece. I have now come to find out that this is a scam company. I want my money back and this company or the one responisible to be charged and held accountable.

over charge
Charged my visa for 3 different products when I ordered Dazzle Smile Trial offer.
They are charging me monthly and am having trouble stopping the charges even though
I cancelled my account with them. I have now cancelled my visa card. Hopefully that works.

Rip off
Dazzle smile is a huge rip off . i tried to call back right away to cancel my order they told me its impossible . the order has to go out and no matter what you will be charged . so i was like fine i will send it back with out using it . and i chalked it up to cheap lesson learned UNTIL they charged my bank card not once but twice i called the bank told them to stop it and they said they cant stop it . i would have to cancel my card . so they took my without consent . Once again the rich get richer and the poor got screwed .just for trying to better your self
Dazzle smile i hope you as an owner get busted for your scam and you take the screwing in prison . Like you did to millions around the world . Think of me when your grabbing your ankles .

Ripped Off
I purchased free trial, which by the way cost me $12.90, was not happy with product, rang to see if I could return and was told YES it was within the 30 days. Sent registered post which cost me another $8 by the way. Hadn't heard anything after about two weeks, rang 1800 153 318 and was told it was received and that i would get my refund. I had cancelled my credit card because another amount of $96.72 aus was taken out of my account only a couple of weeks later, which was well before the 30 days were up, they told me that I would receive a cheque in the mail, as i was not going to give them my new credit card details. Today the 9/12/09 rang again to see why hadn't received my refund, and was told it was received over the 30 days. They said to check with my post office they obviously didn't send straight away I know this would be not right. RIPPED OFF!!!
I lesson learnt the hard way!!! RH

unauthoriszed charges
Dazzle smile cost me over 400$ in less than a month and charged with 3 different names on my visa at two weeks interval, number disconnected in one place, the other one the service customer said that i had 30 days to cancel but hadnt (*hadnot received sample either) said nothing could be done, brightsmiles.com, beautyclub, pristine health and dazzlewhite ALL the SAME company apparently, .big time scam. AND i had to cancel credit card immediately and WILL sue them to the extent its possible.. if any class action suit is filed i want to be the first to sign on it as well. i dont have 400$ to pay back that bill. yes it was stupid and i learned something fom this .free sample ad. but i will do all in my power so that THEY learn something as well.
THIS IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE
