Scam charges
I got caught out on BT website (won't trust it again to carry legit adverts) Got charged for what I thought was the sample £9.49 but MBNA visa told me this is just the post and packing (comes from the UK by the way). Two more charges appeared on my statement on Friday. Phoned and cancelled card but that won't do any good as I unknowingly agreed to their terms. They have got me registered for other things too, like World Fitness which I have no idea what it is. MBNA were helpful and I returned one of the gels today and called the USA branch of DS|(visa put me through and paid the charges). I cancelled the membership and got a returns address for the gel so I should get at least one of the £54 charges back. I also got two other numbers to call and cancel via visa advice for two companies called Elite pack and Ezykit. They also had me down as a member for them whatever they are. Numbers to call are 0808 120 1987, 0800 0470 192 and 0808 120 2346 (toll free|) and the Dazzle Smile which is 0018886764122 but visa should pay for you to do that. I got a cancellation number and had just 3 days left to return the gel for a refund. I have lost out about £65 so far to these scammers. So wish i had checked the forums first. DHL the delivery people are investigating but giving wrong advice. They say to return gel to them. NO No, you won't get money back. Wrong advice. I am still reeling and still fighting and so ANGRY.

Refund
I ordered a 14-day trial of Dazzle Smile, and was never told it was a 30-day supply that was sent to me. I called and canceled the automatic delivery of continual 30-day supplies because it would cost me about $80 a month. Well, after I canceled it, my bank account was charged about $80. I then called the company to ask why. They told me I had to send back the rest of the 30-day supply since the free part was only for 14 days. So I sent it back to the correct address, had a tracking number, and confirmed delivery with the post office. I called the company again so I could get a refund, and they told me either the product was missing from the package or it was messy and damaged. Well that doesn't make any sense, because it either had to be one or the other. If it was missing from the envelope then it wouldn't have been classified as messy or damaged. And if it was messy or damaged, it clearly would have been in the envelope and not missing. Also, they couldn't have recycled this item because it would be unethical to reuse something of personal use. So I was told there was nothing they could do to give me a refund. I finally got an address of the corporate company, and I will visit them in order to get my refund.

Fraud
I ordered a 14-day trial of this product. The trial was supposed to be very cheap, and then if I didn't return it I would be sent a 90 day supply that I would be billed for, every 90 days.
The offer said that it also came with 2 other "offers", which I could call and cancel if I didn't want. I was told that those "companion offers" would be billed to my card as 'VHACCESS' and 'HEALTHMEMBER'. I called and cancelled them, but then was twice charged under the name EZYKIT. When I was actually able to contact the number that appeared on my statement (it's busy a lot), I was told that I hadn't cancelled, and that the charges were non-refundable.
Within a day of having placed the order, I got a call from a telemarketer trying to sell me $50 trays to go with the whitening product. I refused several times. I was charged for them anyway, and have yet to have that money refunded. They say I have to return the trays for a refund, but I never received them.
I also never received the free trial. I did have charges appearing on my card from BEUTYCLUB, PRISTINEHLTH, ULTIFRESHWELL, and WELLBHEALTH though. These are apparently all the same company. I received a package finally from "Just Think", which I believe contains the 90 day supply they referred to. I haven't opened it, don't want to. I want my money back (over $300 so far), they can have this crap, I'll overnight it to them. I still don't know what the name of this company is, they seem to do business under many names.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. You've been warned.

Scam Artists
I ordered their "risk free" trial and decided i did not want the product. So, I shipped it back to them in time for them to receive the product within the 30 days. They then charged my account for the product under a different name. I called them to ask why I had been charged and they said that they received my package and that "we couldn't tell what the product was you sent to us or the package was empty." In other words, they tell me to send the product back to not be charged, I do this and then they find a way to charge me for it anyway by telling me the package I sent them was messed up by the USPS. So now, I am out $88.50 plus shipping costs both ways and I don't have anything to show for it because I sent it back to them. All they can say at "customer service" is there is nothing I can do for you. Thanks Alex 15516 and Alma 158612.
