ripped off
We ordered the free trial. My daughter used the first kit with no results, so called to cancel that went fine. One week later received another kit and a week later yet another. There was no return information in the kit or on the new packages so I sent them back refused. Problem solved right, wrong, then my credit card statement came and it had been soaked for four charges 2@ 92.37 and 2 @87.62. Yep 359.98 in charges for tooth paste that does not work. I called the company, oh and by the way, those charges were made under four different company names, I was told there would be no refund because it should have been sent to their returns department which is another company all together. Funny none of this was mentioned in the letters that came with this crap. I am going to file complaints with BBB and U.S Postal Inspectors office. Seems to me there buisness dealings are fraudulant especially since I was charged four times, only received three packages and canceled after the first.

scam
Do not get this free trial offer. First they charged my card $48.92 the very next day and after that I came to find out if I didn't send the product back within the 14 day trial period I was going to be charged another $87.00 dollars. I am sending the product back today immediately and hoping that my money is credited back. This is not a "free" trial they charge a lot of money. I read the article by Elizebeth that sounded great. That I only would have to pay for the shipping. That was definitely not so.

Total scam
This is one big scam! Not only did I not receive free trial sample within the time limit, I was billed for a dazzle tray which I never received. I cancelled everything within 24 hours but 2 sister companies had my credit card details and have been billing me for 2 months for products I have not received. Any refunds I do recieved are underpaid - apparently to cover admin charges!!! I have lost over $100 and wasted about 7 hours of my time attemtping to have all my records deleted. Just to-day again I have been charged for another product I never received. PLEASE do not be taken in by the word FREE - it will cost you a lot of time, money and stress...

join them, join 3 others
sign up for Dazzle Smile Pro and you agree to sign up to 3 companies. they claim to ship u free merchandise and u only pay for shipping & handling, and then they forward ur credit card info to Weight Loss Resources, World Club Fitness.
They then charge your credit card a monthly fee to be a member of 3 clubs. I called next day and cancelled, but they had already sent my credit card number to other companies. Ive had 5 charges on my credit card, called all of them to request cancellation, and only one cancelled (Dazzle Smile Pro) and reversed the charges.
I've learned my lesson DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO OVER THE INTERNET!!!
Too bad, because there are valid companies out there who would benefit from internet shoppers, worldwide, but I guess I have to stick to local vendors from now on.

Unauthorized charges
Don't order the sample $1.95 special for this supposed teeth whitening product "DazzleSmile". I have been billed for two months worth of product--which I never received. The only item I rec'd was a sample that I purchased on line. Luckily, Capital One called me as soon as the two $87+ charges came to them and declined it. I have contacted the EZ-Health company twice and they gave me the cancellation order and return number and said that they would email me where to send the unused product. They never emailed me and I have the tube of "gunk" on my desk waiting for the next charge to show up on my credit card and again go through the 15 minute wait at customer service. They also bill it under other names (ie Prizteen).
