I ordered the "Dazzle Smile" product for $2.99 and didn't sign up for anything else. Nowhere on the web site stated that I would be charged a monthly fee. I received one sample(that's what I thought) from them. One month later my credit card company informed me that I had two charges from Easy Beauty for $87.62. I told them that I didn't recognize the company nor the amount, so they canceled the charges. My credit card company told me they have had a lot of complaints against this company(Dazzle Smile or Easy Beauty whatever they call themselves). It is a scam, don't fall for it!

Scam charge
Ordered from dazzle smile got charged by betterdtox for the amount of $48.92 never ordered from this company, cancelled my order from dazzle smile and cancelled my card so they will never get any more money from me, hope they get their just desserts.

Fraud
I can't beleive I fell for this scam. I signed up for a 'free' trial, and was told there was a $1.95 shipping. Firstly, when the reciept came through, I was charged $11.95 (i am now told its for international shipping...but this was not specified on the original form to say that there would be an extra cost. Secondly, once the payment had been processed, it comes up with there will be an automatic renewal of the order, for a discounted $87 which will be automatically charged to my account! I have just spoken to someone on the live chat, who has told me that she has cancelled the subscription, but will still be charged the $87 if i do not return the item within 14 days (but even if it is after that i am still within a 30day money back guarantee period) Which is fine, until she tells me she cannot give me the address to return the item as live chat is not 'secure' and she would not email to me! My only option is to phone, and what with the time difference that makes it pretty tricky!
What a con! I cannot believe that they can get away with charging someone $87 for what they advertise as a 'free' trial?! Surely this is no legal?!

I ordered a free trial from Dazzle White for a whitening product. I saw an article about it online with a link to the website. The website looked very legitimate and all I had to pay was $1.95 for shipping. So I ordered, and maybe a day later I started getting calls from the number (623)239-4511. I never answered, but they called probably 5 times a day. I was getting very frustrated and I didn't want to answer a number I didn't know. I decided to look the number up online and I came across this site where people were complaining about the same thing, saying the number was calling them a lot. Someone wrote how they ordered the free trial from Dazzle Smile as well, so I kept reading. People were saying how it was a scam and that the company was putting charges on their credit cards for stuff they didn't buy. I decided to go to my bank and check my history to see if there were any fraudulent charges on there. Luckily there weren't, but I decided to cancel my debit card and get a new one just in case. I caught it early, so that is why I didn't have any charges yet. They still called about 5 times a day and about 2 weeks later I decided to answer to see what they would say. She confirmed my name and address and proceeded to tell me she was going to send me another whitening kit for a cost of $59.95 because I had to use the whole "system". I told her I didn't want or need it, and she wouldn't take no for an answer. She kept saying how I had to use both together and they were confident of the results, and I told her no 2 more times, but she wouldn't stop trying to convince me. She said they would send it and all I had to do was call and tell them "no thanks" if I didn't want it anymore. However, I didn't want to be billed the $59.95 so I continued to say "no". She still was talking about how it would be better if I did get the other product and I just hung up because I was getting really frustrated. I knew they couldn't send it without my permission which I never gave them, and the phone conversation was being recorded so I could prove I never gave permission. Also, they had my old debit card number which wouldn't even work anyways. This whole situation was frustrating, stressful, annoying, and very stupid. I know I am not the only one that has had a bad time with the company and I strongly feel they should be punished/shut down.

Scam
My husband order this product which they claim is a free trail. We were charged 48.92 and then charged another 87.62 although the product was returned during the trial period. I sopke with several different people, Lulu, Alfred, Joann(Supervisor) Guillermo and others and they all assured me that if I retunred the product I would not be charged... Today I spoke with Johnny and I had the tracking information that they require to prevent the billing and he tells me that it take 5-10 days to issue a refund after they receive the product. They received the product on 10/9/09... Today is 10/26/09...I was also informed that he was not in charge of giving refunds. When I asked who was in charge of that, he informed me that it was the warehouse. when in the hell has warehouse employees been in charge of issuing refunds.. Shouldn't that be the accounts payable department. So I asked to speak with someone in that department so I could see why they have had that product for 3 weeks and still hadn't processed it, I was then told that they have no contact name or number for that department... This is a bunch of BULL... Whatever you do, please don't order anything from this company...They are a rip off... I'm going to call everyday all until I get my money back. If I have to go through this headache, they are going to have to hear from me everyday... So Lulu and crew get ready...I will be calling!!!

Fraudulent charges should be free trial
Fruad Fraud Fraud and I want a refund! I will have my bank cancel the $88 charge that was taken from my account Oct. 19th I received my free trial sample and was suppose to be only charged $1.97 that was also deducted on Sept. 30th. It is a shame in these hard times that one person is scamming another. I will have my attorney look into to this first thing in the morning and I will contact my bank to make sure that this charge is put back as a fraud deduction. I will not stop until this is taken care of. If you want the trial product back no problem because it doesn't work anyway. Very dissatisfied customer.

Unauthorized Billing
I spoke with Will Perez (1-877-292-6892) and he told me that the owner is Gene Dimitri. Will has backed this company for 7 plus years all-though he does agree that the hidden sales methods are right. It's charging customers for products they are unaware of . They receive over two hundred (200) complaints a day due to this method of stealing from the general public. Bianca Winters and Erica Rodriguez along with Will Rodriguez are all backers of this business but when we spoke on an unrecorded line the said they knew it was wrong and felt bad for the consumers that where involved.

Misleading
When you go to this website, you are told you will be receiving a free trial, just pay the shipping. It does not direct you to the terms and conditions which are listed at the bottom of the page. I just received my applicator, with no information on the charges or cancellation procedure. I was suspicious and went to the web site and read the terms and conditions. I have 14 days to get it back to them or I will be charged $80+. I immediately tried to call - the phone number is not working. I did a live chat and was given a cancellation number, plus a different phone number to call. I will be returning this product immediately, so I will be out the shipping to get it and the shipping to return it. The ingredients are hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide, common in any pharmacy and much cheaper.

Return Address
I also ordered the trial online. And they will put you on a automated shipping order if you don't call and cancel before the trial is up. I made sure to cancel when I was ordering. I also checked the BBB and they are not certified. Because of that I decided against ordering. However they will not let you cancel the first shipment which is the trial. So if you like me used your debit card, I would cancel and cut up. Get re-issued another one. This way if by chance they try to charge the full price after shipping, they won't be able to. They will go ahead and charge for shipping. So I wouldn't cry about trying to get that back. Some folks have said that even if you cancel the auto ship they will still charge you full price for the trial one that is shipped if you don't send it back. I hope this helps some of you.

Now I will say this, the folks I have talked to at this company were were pleasant and courteous. No one was rude. Here is the return address to send the product back. Just know kindness to others goes a long way.

Terms and Conditions Rip Off
Company puts out fake articles luring you into a "Trail offer", where you only pay shipping. This is another one of those Teeth Whitening scams. Buried in their Terms and Conditions and NOT made clear in the offer is the fact that you must return the product within 14 days or they will charge $80 for the product. Not only that, but they will put you on an autoship and automatically ship and charge you every 30 days for $80.

This might be OK if the product actually works, but it does nothing. Save your money and buy Crest White Strips or something at the drug store. It's companies like this that make consumers distrustful of online shopping.
