free trial offer scam
This is a scam website. They offer a supposed free trial of tooth whitening for 1.95 s/h fee. I gave them my bank card # and then a couple of minutes later realized it was a scam to get another 87.00 from my account for the trial product. I contacted them to cancel the trial and they would not. They also automatically subscribe you to a fitness monthly subscription for another 30.00 out of your account monthly. This is fraud. They should be prosecuted and stopped. Any consumer who orders a product should be able to cancel their order if they change their mind within three minutes. This has to be illegal. Please investigate and report to authorities.

Unauthorised Credit Card deductions
I ordered a free trial of this product online. I am from Australia so there was a postage charge of around $10 Australian, which was deducted from my credit card. After the 'free trial', I continued to receive more of the product in the post. I tried to cancel these shipments online but was unable to. I then checked my credit card statements only to discover that unauthorised deductions were being made by this company from my credit card. There were about 3 different transactions of around $90 Australian dollars that had been taken from my credit card WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I have not received any kind of receipt or notice by mail or email for these payments that I did not authorise. I tried calling the phone number (above) and it will not connect from Australia.
I then changed my credit card number with my bank. I told them the story and they said that was the best thing to do. Since changing my credit card number and being issued with a new card, there has been yet another deduction of around $50 Australian dollars from my credit card! A card that this website was NEVER given the number for. I have since returned all products, un-opened to 'Dazzle Smile' and in the package a letter demanding no further products and no further payments to be taken from my credit card. I am still having trouble contacting these ruthless thugs. I will now be cancelling my credit card altogether.

unauthorised credit card charges
This company charged my credit card 4 times without my authority and for products I didn't order from them. I ordered a trial trial product which they stately in their website that it was $4.50 plus p&h, total $14. I received this trial product but found out they charged my card for additional items I didn't order which they claimed I had received but I hadn't. How could one receive products they didn't order?

Anyway, I contacted them via their website chat. Here's the detai fothe chat:

scam
I too was the victim of this bunch of scammers, it says you only pay for the delivery cost during the trial period, they then automatically start sending their product to you regardless if you want it or not, I spoke to one of their brainwashed advisors who said it was all in the terms and conditions, unfortunately you dont get to see these till after you pay, am now try to get a refund and will probably have to change C/C number to get away from them,
surely there must be an advocacy group in the US that will go after these people? or at least get put on a news show to warn others

unarthorized bank charges
Unarthorized bank draft from my checking account. I ordered a sample for a free trail and nothing was mentioned about about any future purchasing or joing a club. This is fraud and needs to stop.

extra charges
I ordered the trial offer of the Dazzle smile teeth whitening pen. A few days later I recieved anther pack, that I didn't order and my debit card was charged $1.95 for my trial offer on 9-17-09. I placed this order through Dazzle Smile, but, a company called beauty club ended up as the one that charged my card. Then, a few days later on 9-21-09, I get a charge on my card for $ 48.92. This company that made this charge was called access cleans. I did get a package in the mail, that I didn't order and returned it right away with a cancellation number. No refund as promised. Then on 9-25-09 I got another charge of the same amount, $48.92 by the same company, Access Cleans. Then again I get another charge of $48.92 by a company listed as Wellbhealth on 9-28-09! I now have 5 $35.00 overdraft fees from my bank.
I need help! I want to know what government agency to contact sbout this scam!

False advertising
Agree with all the other complaints. I called to cancel my account. Now I had 2 days to return the product, which they had to receive and process, otherwise I would be charged $81. Needless to say, after spending $17 to Express mail said product, they had better not be charging me!!

Returning product after cancellation
Today I recieved the dazzle smile pen in an envelope that contained no other information. No order reciept, nothing that explained more about the product, how to return it etc. This seemed shady so I checked about it online and discovered all the complaints and warnings about dazzle smile posted on different sites including this one.

I immediately canceled my credit card. I am thinking to send it back however I'd rather avoid paying the shipping charge. I'm not sure I'll even use the product or trust it with all the complaints I've read. Would it be a bad idea not to return it, since my card has been canceled?

overcharged
Shipping was supposed to be $1.95...when credit card accepted and receipt appears it is for $11.90. At this point I called the company (http://www.ws6alert.com/index.php?ntrk=KIRK) to cancel. They cancelled the trial edition but I would be reciving this product monthly and upon returning the first month's supply, I will no longer be charged, but now I know the shipping to Canada will be prohibitive. I had to call my credit card company and since the charge had yet to go through I could cancel it by cutting up my card, which I did, and cannot have access to my credit card for about a week.
