overcharged
Shipping was supposed to be $1.95...when credit card accepted and receipt appears it is for $11.90. At this point I called the company (http://www.ws6alert.com/index.php?ntrk=KIRK) to cancel. They cancelled the trial edition but I would be reciving this product monthly and upon returning the first month's supply, I will no longer be charged, but now I know the shipping to Canada will be prohibitive. I had to call my credit card company and since the charge had yet to go through I could cancel it by cutting up my card, which I did, and cannot have access to my credit card for about a week.

Scam
What a total scam!!! I also clicked the button and then saw where they were going to charge me $58.76 a month for the product. So I spent money to send it back...they did refund it, but are now charging for other products I supposedly signed up for but have NO information on. They have used my credit card information every month for the last two months and I didn't notice because they were for small amounts. When I called the #'s on my bank statement they said I did sign up for this and I would have to call all of them individually to cancel!!! I went to the bank and put a fraud alert on my account and had my card # changed..By the way they weren't for the same products from one month to the other either. Also after calling all the phone #'s they all have the same pre-recorded message when it answers with the same person talking...A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I got sucked into a SCAM. They gave me a trial for 1.99 and then sucked 92.67 out of my credit card account. When I called they said that they cannot issue a refund for the 92.67. Please, buyers BEWARE of DAZZLESMILE. I will send this to the Better Business Bureau as well. They are SUCKERS and THEIVES!!!

I've received 6 phone calls from the dazzle smile company. They don't leave a message and don't stop calling. I too got sucked into ordering the 'free trial' yesterday. I am now immediately cancelling the order. I will threaten them with harassment if they do either. Seriously this stinks.
So glad to see the post about this though, it immediately got me into attack action !

Scam
Ordered 14 day free trial, 14 days no product, company says they will have to charge 87.00 $ unless i return used product!! spent a lot of time talking to " customer service" Linda actually said how do we know you didnt get the product? then Marie said product was delivered to some sddress in west palm beach Hours from where I live!!! I had to inform them this is illegal activity !!~!AMAZING I cannot beleive how much time & energy I had tospend to try to explain to these people that if they sentthe product to west palm beach that was not my responsibility . they gave me a tracking # & invited me to comtact USPS!!

Fraudulent sales order
Place an order and then after entering credit card details saw the small note on my free trial will be automatically billed $87 everymonth. Tried to cancel order 2 minutes and talked with a lady agent and she say she cannot cancel order even when she has all details and the order was place 2 minutes earlier. She also indicate I have to return the product to ensure I do not get charged. This is false advertiizing (webpage .. say free trial and call 1-888 number and there is no obligation at all ) as this is NOT excatly as advertized.

Unauthorized Charges
After seeing an Ad on ABC.com's website on 8/24/09 I ordered the 14 day trial offer. At the time I placed the order I specifically checked the box which indicated that I did NOT want to subscribe to any ongoing orders. I only wanted the trail offer for $1.95. I then received several phone calls from Dazzle Whte and again told them that I was not interested in any other products or any additional orders. Today, 9/14/09, I received a $79.28 charge on my Visa and in the mail a package with two syringes and a set of plastic trays from Dazzle Trays. There was no phone number or paperwork enclosed. I had to go back to the website to get a number to call and speak with the company. I was told I have to pay for shipping and handling to return both the sample pen and the package I received today. I was told that it would take 5 to 10 business days, from the date they receive the returned product, before I would see a refund. This is a scam. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I only hope this will keep someone else from ordering this product.

i just ordered my free trial and then found this page and read all the complaints. i was shocked that i fell for this scam. i got on their website and done the chat with live operator for over 3 hours with 3 different ladies. they told me they couldn't cancel my order becuz once i hit the confirm button, it went straight to the shipping dept. and they could not stop the shipment. now we all know that is a load of crap. but then magically i mentioned contacting my bank and putting stop payments on my account so they would not get a cent and contacting the better business bureau, their tune changed. the next thing i knew was she was taking to her manager and he authorized her to cancel my order completely so i would receive nothing and be charged nothing. that was just minutes ago, so we will see. worth a try though, give it a shot. may save u some return postage, and alot of waiting.
