SCAM
Don't get sucked into the scams that these companies are running. Make sure to check all terms and conditions before you agree to anything. They automatically sing you up with other companies for memberships in which you will get charged for. This is all in the very very fine print of the terms and conditions. Also Dazzle Smile Pro and or the company affiliated with the product frequently changes the names of the product being advertised, so be very cautious when looking into these products. I'm now out $104.00 because of this SCAM!!! Don't make the same mistake I did. This product is advertised on "The Weather Channel" web-site. I've tried contacting them to see if they would take it off their home page. No luck.

Taking money no product
Since Novenmber 09, I have been trying to locate the phone number of Dazzle Smile Pro.
I signed up for the free trial of the product and nothing, zilch. I have asked my bank to stop making the payments but they can't as they say I signed up for the terms and conditions. There were no terms and conditions on the sign up page. There were also other non asked for add ons.
I cannot contact the company as they refuse point blank to answer their calls. I have tried writing to them, yet again without success. I am losing £58.80 a month. I can no longer afford to lose that amount of money.
Please can I have some help please, in trying to get my money refunded and stop any future payments. I know so many here who have been scammed, ripped off.

Stlolen money
This company is not honoring money back returns period. They are stating all products are damaged(how do you damage a tube of gel) and or not the right product(I only had 1 tooth whitening tube, kind of hard to get the wrong one) and now the website states we no longer sell this product or anything related to Dazzle Smile. This is obviously a grab the money and run corporate "theft" and believe a class action suit need be required to terminate this behavior. I am out a lot of money(as I am sure many others are)as this is a continual grab at my credit card(of which I will make no further online purchases ever, all you online merchants should take stock and press this issue also and believe I am not the only one. Best you press this too!!!).

scam
Ordered "free sample" and never rec'd product and was then charged 80 something dollars for a full month's supply because I didn't decline it since I never rec'd the product in the first place. I had to fight with them to get my money back. Then I was charged more money from another company that I supposedly signed up for when I ordered the sample from Dazzle Smile. This charge was for $24.82 to World Club Fitness. They refused to refund my money or let me speak to a supervisor.

Fraud
False advertising...this company constantly changes it, s name and country of origin. My credit card keeps getting billed for things I did not do. They say it is in the terms of contract but then the company changes names! It, s a scam since it is impossible to tack them when they constantly change the companies name.

scam, theives, liars
I was duped!! Most definitely. I don't know if you read further on TOS but you are also automatically entered into a free trial period with World Club Fitness.
You can't even get in contact with World Club Fitness to cancel the subscription and all Dazzle Smile does is give you a toll free number 866-417-6791 which is disconnected. Don't try going to WCF website as the customer service number 866-279-6513 and the call goes directly into a call center and the call center doesn't even know who World Blub Fitness is either.
When you call Dazzle Smile back at 888-948-5508 and hold for 30 minutes they don't know what to tell you except they give you the disconnected toll free number of 866-417-6791. By chance I called them back again and they gave me two other numbers for World Club Fitness. 866-407-3685 and 866-417-6059. I did eventually get through to them and cancelled the Free Trial Membership and will not be getting charged $24.95 for the membership.
Also DazzleSmile told me that as long as I returned both products that I was charged $87.50 and 87.50 they would reimburse both costs if they receive the products within 30 days. That they have a 30day return policy. They sent me an email with the return instructions, provided me with a return product # to put on the package, told me to return it with insurance and signature requested.
We'll see what happens. Be persistant folks and keep your cool...you might get lucky and get your money back...I dunno but worth a try. Keep your records too.
I got duped with Clean Whites too. Careful everyone...if it's too good to be true it probably is!! I'll remember to NOT skim over the terms of service before I hit enter.
Good Luck to you!

Unauthorised debits from my credit card
I sent for a "free" sample of Dazzle White Pro - I originally agreed to pay approx. US$2.50 for postage and handling - they did however, deduct approx A$14.99 from my credit card.
I liked the product and used the sample and fully intended ordering some more but 2 weeks later they deducted A$99.99 from my card and less than 2 weeks later a further $99.98 from my credit card.
I have been unable to contact them so sent a registered airmail letter to their address as above as instructed by my Westpac Card Services Operator cancelling all further transaction.
I have not received anything for my above payments and realise that I have been caught up in a scam. I have been forced to cancel my credit card and have suffered unnecessary stress over this matter.

Credit card Scam
Watch out for this company forget the $80 charge on your credit card statement. This company passes on your credit card info to other scam companies to charge your credit card as well. Weeks after canceling my subscrition, I was charged $24.82 from World Club Fitness. Who refused to refund my money or let me talk to a supervisor. I decide to file a complaint with NY's Stats Attoney Genral's office. I encourage others to do the same.
