I also ordered a free trial of "vibrant smile" and was told I would be charged the shipping charge only and could cancel my subscription/membership payment if I was not happy with the product. By the time one receives the product, it's past the time to cancel the membership. How can I cancel a membership when I haven't been able to try the product? This makes no sense. I ordered the product on Jan 14, 2010 and did not receive it until Friday, January 22. Note that this is after the January 17th charge of $126.00. I've called customer service twice and was told I only had five days from the order date to cancel. Why would I then be charged three days later? Another customer service person told me I had fourteen days to cancel. How can I try out a product, which arrived nine days later, AND cancel my membership if I don't like it in three to five days when it's already been nine? Not only do the csr's hang up on customers but they also don't refer the client to customer complaints or to anyone else to speak to. This is a fraud and should be dealt with. I will go to the WebBBB and file a complaint. I will go to my Senator and file a complaint. I will go to the New York BBB (where company is located) and file a complaint. I will file a complaint to the company where the fraudulent offer was found. I will go to anyplace I need to make others aware of this companie's unfair practices. We, the people, are tired of getting ripped off by greedy corporations who just want to steal our money. It's time this stopped. I hope someone can help other unsatisfied customers with this problem. In this day and age, $126.00 means a lot to this single mother and many other families. Thank you for listening to my very unsatisfying story.
