while I was viewing my e-mails, I had advertising BANNER which was for whiting teeth. I clicked on this advert and found to be very attractive and at a very cheap price. I placed a order and when I clicked to order the cost of the product went from around £2 to £8. I still went ahead and ordered as there was no way to go back on this order. WhenI received my credit card statement, I noticed first item for around £9 (that included exchange rate charges etc) charge from Dazzlesmile and a week later another charge for £42 and a week later £54 by Smile Brite. Altogether charged to my credit card was around £100. I straight away contacted my credit card company who advice me cancell my credit card and reissued me with another one. They also sent me investigation form which I completed and sent it off to my credit company. I am hoping that they will be able to stop this payment to these companies and refund me my money.
It seems that this company takes your credit card details and then charge more than what you have agreed.
It there no law to stop this company doing this?

OK! so I went ahead and ordered the trial product from both of these companies, without checking the internet for reviews. Had I have done that ahead of time, I would have not ordered these products. I just noticed a charge on my credit card from Dazzle Smile. $92.37 and from Smile Brite $87.62. I was so pissed off and called these companies immediatly and demanded them to credit the amount back to my credit card. One catch thought. You need to send the product back or they will not give you refund. By the way, if you opened the package for Smile Brite, you are out of luck. They will not refund the money. I was lucky that I did not open the package so I am axpecting a rufund back. Do not order these products from any of these companies. They are scam artists and I dont know how they can get away with this. This needs to be reported to some type of organization to shut them down for good. Please dont be a victim like I was. Never again!

I wish this site would be on the front end of the search engine!!! I saw this after I sent for my "free" trials. And I am not extremely gullible so I DID read the fine print. Dazzle White gives you a 14 day trial period and Smile Brite gives you a 10 day trial period, however this includes shipping time so they will start counting from the day you order, it is not like you have that amount of time to actually TRY the product. Anyway, I saw this site and I cancelled my orders prior to receiving them. I guess it was too late because both of them arrived anyway. And right after is when I saw the $92.37 charge on my account!!! So Smile Brite didn't even wait until the trial period before charging me!!! And when I went to the website, Smilebrite.com, to return it, it tells me the trial is nonreturnable so I looked at the fine print again. It states: " You will have ten days from the date you order to evaluate the product. If you are unhappy with the product, cancel at anytime. After ten days we will charge you at a discounted price with a 18% savings of $19.95 off the regular price, for the low price of $92.37. After that we will ship you a new shipment of SmileBrite each month at this discounted price as part of our auto delivery program. There are no obligations, you can cancel anytime via our customer service online or by calling a customer support agent, see contact link below." Okay, so they DO say time starts after ordering but it did not take 10 days to receive product and charge was on my account BEFORE I even receive it!! It says "cancel anytime" TWICE, once when talking about the trial and once when talking about automated shipments. I cancelled A FEW HOURS LATER after seeing this site!!! It says NOTHING about the trial being unreturnable. Oh yea, when I went to see what would happen if I were returning a repeat shipment something pops up basically "we know it's a hassle to return stuff, let us just refund you $72.37, thus keeping $20 and you can keep the product". Here is some information that might be helpful-Smile Brite is apparently based in UT -the Attorney General #'s are (801)366-0260, (801)538-9600, and (801)366-0300.

Both these companies worked together to pull a fast one. There was a letter from a "mom" in Austin on the internet that said that buying both these products had the best results and then links to both sites to get their "free" trials. BOTH companies put charges on my credit card before I knew what was happening and now I am having to fight to get them off. One company charged $86.22 and the other one charged $59.25. And the charges to send your FREE (HA!) TRIALS! Another $1.95 and $1.97. I asked the guy from the Smile Brite company, "So exactly what did I get that was free?" and he agreed NOTHING. Now they want ME to pay to send their product back... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COMPANIES!
