Harrassment
I get 2-3 phone calls from the #800-917-5578 per day, and they leave a voice mail, which costs me to listen to and remove. I never signed up for this, I don't even have teeth!! It has to stop now!!!

Please beware of this fraudulent company
I've seen the add for teeth whitener from Dazzle White Pro and the trial was free with a shipping charge of only $3 and for 14days. I ordered the product to UK and found the shipping charge $9 charged to my credit card along with an exchange rate conversion of £3. The explanation given was that it is outside US. I didn't complain. The product is useless.

After one month I see a charge of $59 and additional charges of $9 and £3 for exchange rate conversions. When I enquired with Dazzle White, they are telling that the terms and conditions of the trial period mentions that I'll be charged this amount after the trial period if I don't cancel it by calling their customer care.

This is cheating. They have hidden this information somewhere and now they are saying they can't refund as the product is already shipped. They agreed to cancel any future charges.

They are big cheaters. There is warning message against this fraudster all over internet, I should have checked it before trying out. Please beware of this fraud company.

I've also asked my bank to blacklist them.

stop taking my money
I have asked this company not to take anymore monies from my account as i am no longer a member, but for the last 8 months they still take my money . These are the ones who are taking my money without permission and i would like all monies put back into my account thankyou. FALSE ADVERTISING
This is a comment but I did not see a form for comments. I want to encourage all of you who have been victimized by this company to persist in solving the problem and getting reimbursed. My "journey" started in October. Like all of you, I was billed by 2 companies who were connected with Dazzle White. Neither of these companies were mentioned in the terms and conditions. I started by calling the companies and of course was told that I could not get my money because I did not return the product or cancel the subscription in a timely manner. I took notes and insisted upon employee ID numbers. I emailed the State Attorney General in CO. who advised me to send an official complaint to the BBB in Canada, which is where the companies are really located. An investigation was opened by my Bank and by the BBB in Cananda. Today, I received notification that my full reimbursement is showing in my account. BE PERSISTENT AND RELENTLESS. These companies are trying to take advantage of the public and they should not be allowed to do so.

These people just want a credit card number. That's it. Don't fall into their ad about free samples. Their free sample, for which you pay only S&H, comes to about $13.00, not $1.95 as advertised. Then they either sell your credit card number or pass it on. I ended up with 4 more charges on my credit card from people I have never heard of. I ended up having to cancel my card and, since I was just leaving the country for 3 months, that was a huge pain. They did call me after I placed the free sample order to try and get me to buy more stuff. I said emphatically, NO. But I got charged another $260.00 for stuff I never asked for and never received. Their so-called customer service number is somewhere overseas and they don't answer anyway. Their 888 number - they just put you on hold and leave you there. Don't do it. I leared a valuable lesson (PS My credit card company reversed the charges as fraudulent).

Charged my account for a product that was never sent
I fell for the ad that said pay $1.98 for shipping and get a free trial offer of dazzlewhite. It was a two ounce tube of hydrogen peroxide so I called and canceled the offer, only to be told it was too late to get a refund of *$86.93* which I NEVER was told about nor did I agreee to.

Then just a few days later my acct. was again charged ANOTHER *$86.93*

again unauthorized. I called and was told it was because I didn't send the crap back. So I sent it back with all their numbers and had it registered and a tracking number put on it...more money I'm out.

When I called again they told me someone in the warehouse would have to ok my refund. Now they say they never received the stuff. So I will now have to go to the post office and have it tracked.

That is $173.86 they stole from me. I get $1, 000 a month from SS and I can't afford to lose almost $200. Is there any way to get our money back from these liers, thieves and SCUM?

fraudulent charges
i was snowed into this free trial offer for dazzle white and southbeach brite, i received the free trial from one company and the next month i had 5 different charges on my statement from online companies saying i purchased their memberships when i purchased this free trial. just to mention 2 of these were from dazzlewhite themselves and they were not for the trial price, i never received product from southbeach and only received a the small free trial from dazzlewhite. the totals from all of the companies were over 500 dollars after attempts at stopping the charges i was only able to contact 2 of the 4 companies on my statement and only got a 70 dollar credit from one, the others would only cancel my "membership" i was only able to contact 2 of the 4, surprisingly the other 2 dropped off my bank statement the next month. this was over 3 months ago and now all of the sudden i have a charge for 25 dollars from this fitclub online and after contacting them, they stated that i had agreed to it with the dazzlewhite trial offer! they refused to refund my money. these are scams and shame on dazzle white and southbeach brite for this. it's a shame because the one product i received could have been great, but the way they are making their money is on scams instead of their product. i plan to pursue this complaint as far as i can, i never would shop online and the one time i did this happened. shame on them because legitimite businesses will now be punished by mistrust and not shopping online, not only by me but others that have been scammed in this as well.

Cancel Order
I tried this produce and for months after kept receiving the product and being charged on my Credit Card. After sending emails to several address', and contacting and USA at international charges, here is the number to contact toll free if you want to cancel your subsription 1800 153 318. They will then send you the return policy, via your email address.

1.- according to consumer protection laws, companies MUST TRULY CLEARLY DISCLOSE TERMS OF CONTINUED BILLING. Shalyn, here is the definition of clearly disclosed term- THE CONSUMER IS TOLD ON THE WEBPAGE, WHERE THEY CAN SEE IT, ABOVE WHERE THEY DISCLOSE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, IT IS NOT DEFINED BY PLACING A LINK IN PRINT FAR TOO SMALL FOR MOST TO READ, THAT LEADS TO A WEBSITE THAT TELLS CONSUMERS THAT THEY WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE "FREE" PRODUCT. IT MUST state that at the same place, NOT far beneath, AND in LARGER print that they are GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR THIS "FREE" OFFER.
2- shalyn, ur definition of "free" is not the same as what the law defines it as. CONSUMERS MUST GIVE THEIR CREDIT CARD, AND PAY FOR SHIPPING. THIS RENDERS THE PRODUCT ACTUALLY NOT FREE. this is not my definition, thi is according to the ftc and the bbb.
3-CONSUMERS ARE TO WAIT NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE TO CANCEL. Shalyn, DAZZLE WHITE offers their customers non-working numbers, and also THOUSANDS of consumers have reported that they have to wait OVER AN HOUR. the ftc states the 5 minute wait law. so, shalyn, u and jessie willms, and all ur criminal friends at 1021018 alberta ltd, need to be reminded of how long 5 minutes is.
3-shalyn, also, DAZZZLE WHITE has lied thousands of times when ur representatives state that worldfitclub and "insider secrets" is NOT DAZZLE WHITE, when, in fact, IT IS! You are also SURE to lead consumers astray by giving them non-working numbers to cancel those additional memberships from "other" companies. So, tell me, Shalyn, is it's a TOTALLY different company, how come the same person answers the phone for both companies??????? 4-Shalyn, did you know that it's against the law to continue to bill and ship (AND bill and NOT ship, either way STILL billing) AFTER a customer has canceled their "memberships"? This is, by United States law, consider theft. Shalyn, did you know that in the USA that theft is considered a crime???
6- Shalyn, did you know that it is further against the law to LIE and claim that there's "no record" of cancelation, even when consumers inform and provide a cancelation number GIVEN BY DAZZLE WHITE THEMSELVES????
7-Shalyn, did you know that when your company sends products out AFTER cancellation, and then demand either payment or for the consumer to ship back, and have to spend additional more hours to obtain an "RMA" number from DAZZLE WHITE in order for DAZZLE WHITE to acknowledge the return?? DIDN'T YOU KNOW THAT BY UNITED STATE'S LAW, THAT IF A COMPANY SENDS OUT PRODUCTS AFTER CANCELATION, THAT THE CONSUMER MAY CONSIDER THAT A GIFT, AND IS NOT OBLIGATED TO EITHER PAY FOR IT OR SHIP IT BACK???
8-Did you know, Shalyn, that it's against the law to send consumers' accounts to a collection agency and harm their scores because they blcoked DAZZLE WHITE from withdrawling money from their accounts because they already canceled the memberships, but you sent the product anyhow???
9-Shalyn, did you know it's against the law to require consumers to obtain an RMA number, but force consumers to wait over 5 minutes for a representative. Did you also know that it's against the law to receive a product back, but refuse a refund because "the returned product got 'lost in the mail?'" did you further know that it's against the law to refuse a refund because of it getting "lost in the mail", or because the consumer had no RMA number, but then actually accept it back to your warehouse, and then reship it out to other victims, charging twice for the same package, but refusing to refund the consumer.

report any crimes committed against u to the fbi. the bbb is strongly encouraging victims to report to the fbi. this means this company is coming very close to being apprehended by the fbi. please let them know u are yet another victim. so ur part to put these criminals behind bars!

I am sending this complaint against Dazzle White, Ulti Fresh, Dentech Whitening regarding a scam. I ordered a trial whitening from the company and registered online and did not realize that they automatically signed me in for other companies such as Weight Member, Fitclub online and more. This sign up lead you to an automatic charges on your registered credit card which unless you call to cancel, the charges will be posted every month. I have not either sign up for this intentionally or even use the services but when I ask for a cancellation and a refund to my credit card, they claim that refunds are not given after the 15 day period of cancellation. How in the way can they do that when the posting date and statement bill usually arrives a month or two later. Obviously, they have calculated that given 15 days period, there is no way that we can reach such deadline, therefore they could benefit at least a month charge if we are watchful.
I am filing this complaint as a customer in good faith but was mislead, tricked and abuse. I hope this serves the purpose of my complaint. I also strongly request that I be given refund from August 2009 todate.
