This is a fraud let me clear you one thing just for the sake of your advertisement during web surfing I ordered trial order via net on August 22nd in which your company mentioned the trial order absolutely free you have to pay only shipping charges as soon I paid the amount USD 7.90 through my master card its appeared we have to charged USD 7.0 for insurance I tried to cancelled the transaction but its already gone after two days I received the call from your company for the order confirmation I told the lady I am so disappointed that you guys charging this much for the free trial order I told the lady I did a big mistake but make sure I am not interested in this product in future and after this free trial order you delete my name from your system I am no more interested and she said o.k. but today on October 19th I was quite surprised that with out ordering any product even though I did not received any product after trial order how come you guy's charged from my master card account ending with-9079 with the following transactions': 09/20/09 09/22/09 pristinehlth - 8666764122 CYP USD 79.28 09/27/09 09/29/09 pristinehlth - 8666764122 CYP USD 79.28 09/28/09 09/30/09 pristinehlth - 8668477649 CYP USD 48.92 TOTAL: USD 207.48. Since last three days I am trying to contact your customer service toll free number (866)-989-2686 but the only massage relayed that all our agents currently busy even though I hold the call for few hours but no one being contacted me I have a full privilege to take any legal action against your company for such kind of fraud and using my card with out my consent or prior my approval. This is absolutely stealing of customer loyalty. If I did not received the feed back from any one from your company within 24 hours I have reserved the rights to go for a legal action. Thanks.
