These people should get an award for deceptive advertising (or a prison term). Three days after receiving my 14 day trial offer $101.85 had been taking out of my checking with another $112.44 scheduled to be taken out. That's $214.29 per month or $2, 571.48 per year for a 14 day trial offer.
To make this slap in the face more enjoyable is in the fine print. "This product is not approved by the FDA. Consult with a licensed dentist before use". Not only do I get slammed for $214.29 a month, I have to pay to see a dentist to see if thier product is safe to use.
Contact the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau in the states where these scum bags work out of (Colorado, Utah, New York and anywhere else you can find them). Let the companies who allow them to a advertise what kind of dung they are supporting. Go to Complaintsboard.com and read complaints on this company for as many hours as you care to. Most of all, What ever you do, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Like so many others here, I've been fighting the Dazzle White battle too. When the charges come through on my bank account, they appear as Varimi, LLC. (So you don't know that it's Dazzle White doing the deed.) When googled, Varimi LLC will display as Premium White. http://www.premiumwhiteteeth.com/terms-and-conditions.php >That's the website they don't want you to know about.

There is a phone number to be had from the site: *888-948-5508*, it's an answering service, but just tell them you want to talk to Dazzle White folks and they'll connect. The phone number that appears on your bank statement is now bogus.

You'll end up arguing with them about tracking numbers and other special numbers that you should have on the outside of your returned box..but at least you'll find a warm body. I was told that I would get a refund someday, because who knows? it's probably sitting in the warehouse right now. (By my esitmation about a month now) I was scolded for not getting a tracking number, and now my refund has stagnated, supposedly from my lack of a tracking number. I had used thier special number on the outside, which is what I thought would expedite matters.

Soooo...don't ever ever go for free offers. No such thing as a free lunch, as they say.

What amazes me is this ad appeared on Foxnews.com
