charged for product when I tried to cancel
I asked for the trial on Dazzle White and paid the 1.95 plus 3.95 shipping. Before I could cancel, I was charged 79.95 plus 6.99 on my credit card. This has only been less than a month, and it's already on the bill. I tried to cancel online, but it didn't let me.

Taking money from unsuspecting customers
was online getting some free samples for my sister in law who is a mum to be, when the offer of a free sample of teeth whitening product came up. They were offering free postage also so my mum said go for it - they then said they wanted postage insurrance costs which was only £4.99 which we gave them my mums bank details to retrieve. This was in July - we received sample and was happy with it. Then a month later I received a larger pack - which I hadnt asked for!! £36.00 was taken from my mums bank so we phoned them and told them we would keep it but did not want want nothing further from them.
Then today 10/10/09 the fraud department of my mums bank called her and said that 2 payments were taken out this morning totaling more than £70 by this company and that they had been takeing out smaller payment over the last few months building up the amounts as they went along - trying not to be detected!! The bank said they realised because they were aware of this company and their scam.
I felt so guilty when my mum told me what was going on. Thankfully the bank will get my mums money back and stop this from happening again. Why is this company still getting away with this?
They should be stopped - I'm sure that other people have been scammed out of much more money than us by this company. We were lucky that the bank detected it happening to us before the amounts went up alot higher!!

Scamming public
I ordered the trial of 14 days for Dazzle White. I tried it 4 days and saw no change so I sent it back Priority, Insured with delivery confirmation. It was delivered to the company on 9/29 well within my 14 day trial period. I was charged $79.38 on October 6. I went on the chat line and they said they could do nothing and I had to call another number. I plan to do that tomorrow, but If I get no satisfaction, I intend to contact the USMail service and charge them with Mail Fraud. It just burns me up that someone would do this. I guess I should have known better. I just keep thinking that some of these things might be real. WELL, never again!!!

not fraud and not unauthrorized
Tsk, tsk, tsk. All these fools complaining about 'scams' and 'fraud'. You're idiots. Maybe you should keep your crusty, yellow teeth white by visiting the dentist twice a year and brushing your nasty teeth everyday! Something you should've been doing since childhood! You get your teeth looking like little dirty yellow chicklets, then you try to find an easy way out by ordering crap you see online that just pops up on your computer while you're visiting a website that has nothing to do with teeth. "Ooh, free trial!" you think. But you don't bother to take the time to READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! It tells you if you don't cancel you'll be charged these stupid charges. That's why its called a 'trial'. Jackasses. BRUSH YOUR TEETH! My god! But on the BRIGHTER side, no pun intended, thanks for keeping me employed!

Scam
This is an absolute scam. They give your credit card to other BS companies that charge you for nothing at small amounts of money with foreign money charges. Dazzle White, VH Access Pristine Health, EZYKIT, Web Access, White Smile and Elitepackare all the same bunch of crooks which no one will do anything about because of the agreement you agree to when you sign up for you bullshit free trial. In order for you to stop being continuously billed monthly you cancel each of them individually. It is too bad our government doesn't work on ridding bastards like these out of the net and into prison, instead of trying to screw up the health care industry.

I was so angry when I got done cancel ling all of those phony web addresses, I went back to the their site and found (at the bottom) a "contact us so I could let them know how I really felt about their fraud. Here is the chat conversation

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'Marie'

Marie: Hello and welcome to DazzleSmile. I'll be your live operator today. May I know, whom am I chatting with?

you: mike

Marie: Hi, are you here to place an order?

you: no I just want you to know how you have treated me

Marie: Please briefly explain the exact issue you are having and I'll be more than happy to assist you come to a satisfactory solution.

you: OK

you: Here is what I wrote about my experience, Are you ready?

Marie: Ok.

you: are you there?

you: Here it is:

Marie: Yes, I am right here.

you: This is an absolute scam. Marie: Could you please provide me with your full name, email address and postal/zip code, so that I can pull up your details?

you: I don't think so. I gave that info once and you took several hundred dollars so not again, That's what I think of your crooked operation, I would feel better about your organization if you sold drugs to kids!

Marie: If you will not provide me your details, then how can I assist you ?

you: I just wanted some one in your crooked organization to see what I have put on the web along with many others. Ifr you had any self esteem you would that crooked place

you: I have already assisted myself by canceling my orders from all of the phony companies you have to take money for unsuspecting people...

Marie: One moment please.

you: now I am going to copy and paste this conversation back on the complaint site where others can see it before you steal their money.

Here is the rest of the conversation:

Marie: We're most certainly not a scam company. I sincerely apologize if there has been a misunderstanding or a lapse in our obligation to our customer; that is why we have live chat as well as email support available in order to rectify any potential issue our customers run into.

Marie: Some of our most common issues arise from the customer not having a clear understanding of the terms and conditions which they must indicate that they have read and agree to before placing any order with us. Please take a quick read over them here, and see if that helps clear up any concern you have. If not, I'll be here and more than happy to assist you.

you: How can you have a clear understanding of something so hidden one can't find all of the conditions

you: An honest company would not revert to deception if it had a good product

you: Yes I would like to read a copy of those conditions. place a copy of them here so I can read them.

Marie: Please review the Terms and Conditions which you had indicated that you had read and agreed to before placing your order:

Marie: http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/terms-and-conditions.php

you: Thank you I will and be right back

Marie: Thank you very much for chatting with us today. We hope the rest of your day is an excellent one.

Marie: Please feel free to come back for any further assistance.

you: Here is the first lie:

you: Links to Third Parties The Web Site may contain links to web sites operated by third parties. The Company has no control over the content or operation of those web sites, even if the Company is affiliated in some way with them. You access such sites at your own risk. Nevertheless, the Company requests any feedback you may have regarding links provided on the Web Site.

Marie: I am sorry but which third parties are you talking about ?

you: You say you have no control over these third parties: BS when I started canceling these phony web sites that gave me nothing for the charges they billed me monthly, all I did was call a call center operated by you to cancel everyone of them. how is that not control ???

you: The one in you conditions statement, I am surprised at your question, you told me to look there?

you: Here is the second deception:

you: "Right to Change These Terms of Use The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Any and all changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Web Site after changes are made to the Terms of Use, you are indicating your consent to the new terms and conditions."

Marie: Yes, I have sent you the new terms link as the terms has been change .

Marie: changed**

Marie: Also, Please let me know that how can I help you now ?

you: By you unilaterally changing terms and conditions without informing your customers is saying you want to deceive people. As I canceled these websites, I was told by my credit card company how you would change websites just to confuse a person and make it harder to catch these new sites so you could continue to steal money.

you: Will, I don't think I need any more of your crooked companies help. I will paste this conversation at the complaint website so other may not fall victim to your deceitful scam.

Misleading advertising practices
This company, and Denta White, are beneath contempt for the SHAMELESS way they handle what amounts to a SWINDLE of the public thru misleading advertising! Denta White even puts a ticking clock giving you 10 minutes to sign up for their "Special Offer!" Their comeback is that YOU NEEDED TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS before ordering! Thank you Cathy Housewife, for being a party to this egregious way of bilking the public! Go to the Better Business Bureau and you can file a complaint thru them. Dazzle White and Denta White are both listed there as suspect!

BUT, anyway, WHO EVER HAS TO DEAL WITH ONEROUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS like theirs for a simple online purchase of an everyday product? ONLY INTENTIONALLY-DECEPTIVE motivations could POSSIBLY be what this company wants you to fall for! INCLUDING all the jumps over hurdles, and thru all the hoops to return it! FALSE AND DECEPTIVE is the ONLY way to describe this! This company should be brought to court and sued for every penny it is worth!

It has already taken SO MUCH of my time and effort to nullify this, not to mention anxiety, even a trip to my bank to discuss it (since they issued my credit card), and it's not over yet, by any means. I'm just getting started! I should get DAMAGES for this deception.

AND, between both Dazzle White and it's companion scammer, Denta White, there are charges of over $175 that I did not know I was committing to! IN FACT, I received PHONE CALLS from representatives of BOTH companies immediately after ordering and I EXPRESSLY TOLD THEM I WAS NOT SIGNING UP FOR ANYTHING THAT ENTAILED ONGOING CHARGES OR ANY AMOUNT OTHER THAN THE POSTAGE, yet BOTH charged my credit card for products I DID NOT AUTHORIZE from the start! What kind of ethics and integrity is that! Terms and Conditions INDEED!

Rip off
Watch out for this one! The claim of only costing $1.97 is fraudulent. They sign you up to get charged monthly over$80, unless you cancel, but then you have to return the unused product at your cost.
