Misleading advertising
I ordered what I thought was a free trial, only to pay postage. 3 days later some health company debited my creditcard for $7.14 OR $8.61 Australian. Then on the same day the stupid teeth whitening company debit my card for $58.71 which is $70.83 Australian. I am extreamly dissapointed in the SCAMMERS.

almost charged $82
I don't think my experience was as bad as some reviews here, but I too ordered the free trial through MSN home page. When I called the 800# to cancel the 14 day trial they told me that $82 would be charged for the 'free' trial. He told me on the phone it was the club was a trial, but the product wasn't free. I was told if I returned back only then I wouldn't be charged. It was funny because the person on the phone hinted that I could open it and still return it. I decided not to open it. I found out though, after already being charged around six dollars, that I would have been charged an additional amount to ship it back if it had been opened. also get a tracking number from the PO to track it, I didn't, and I called to see if they've recieved the package, and they didn't know. Well in the end I wasn't charged on my CC.

Unauthorised debt of credit card
I also was a victim of this scam to unethically take money from unsuspecting people...I accepted a free trial didn't find the product very effective, to then find more money $95.43 AUD had been debited from my visa without my authorisation and another package in the mail. I also have another suspect debit which I can't see the details for $95.53 AUD and it better not be from you guys again. I would like a complete refund from your company for the total inconvenience you have caused and no further debits to my visa. I am not interested in your product and I do not like being harrassed in this way it is unethical.

scam
This is nothing but a total scam. When I got the "free" trial product. I called in a couple of days to cancel any future shipments. I was told I would have to return the unused portion via ups and pre pay for a $6.95 return address label. None of this is explained on the initial order web site. They have many ligitimate indorcements. Very professional. When I called to cancel I was told I would be charged for a months supply, almost $80 even if I returned it, refused it, per terms of my original agreement. what a scam. I told the lady I was talking too, and I could tell it ws a boiler room because I heard others in the background saying the people would be charged almost $90 even if they canceled today. The lady I was talking too said I could do what ever I wanted I was still going to be charged for the first month, as this was a cancellation fee. I immediately called my credit card company today, reported my card lost, requested a new card. I also explained to the rep I talked to the exact situation. He said they were aware of this scam and would support me. Now they have a record of my complaint. I just ordered the produce on 9-21. On the original web site it stae you have a 14 dy trial period. I am within this time frame. They were still going to charge me almost $80 for a product I never received.

Refuse to give refund
The continued saga with Dazzle White/White Smile. My third call (and you do have to hold for a long long time!) to effect a refund of a 27 July charge yields a new excuse - They claim my Visa card is blocking their attempt to refund. I immediately called my Visa card services and they confirmed it's Total Hogwash! Avoid this vulture company. Besides, the product is a complete scam! For a Crest kit of $40, you can have your teeth whitened and last for 6-12 months. And no hassles! BEWARE! Don't believe one word of Linda's.

FRAUD
This is one company known by all these different names. They are in the business of ripping innocent people off by failing to inform them that when they order sample products they are actually signing hidden contracts which are hard to cancel. Unfortunately our banks are failing to support their customers and this is going on undetected. Don't fall for it people. I have lost over £150 to these leeches and they won't even accept phone calls. There is not even a website to help you out!!!

Fraud and Unauthorized Charges
I STARTED TO ORDER THIS PRODUCT, BUT DID NOT COMPLETE TRANSACTION, THEN RECEVIED A PHONE CALL ( SO THEY COLLECT THE INFORMATION TO SCAM YOU.) I TOLD THE LADY THAT I DID NOT WANT ANY OTHER PRODUCTS.
GUES WHAT! I CHECKED BY BANK STATEMENT AND POW $48. and CHANGE CHARGED. CALLED THE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHAT A jOKE) THEY CAN'T STOP A SHIPMENT - DON;T KNOW THE NUMBER TO THE WAREHOUSE, DON'T KNOW NUMBER TO EXECUTIVE OFFICE, DON'T KNOW THEY EVEN HAVE A PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPT. EVEN THOUGH IT IS LISTED ON THEIR WEB SITE.
NOW I MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING AND THEY SUGGEST THAT I INSURE THE RETURN (OF COURSE AT MY EXPENSE.,

Trial Purchase of Dazzle White led to Charges by Health Cleanse & Elite Pack in addition up to $300 - totally unauthorized and illegal
I ordered the trial of Dazzle Whites like everyone else who has complained of this scam, along with Clean Whites, and after receiving these two trial products which were not to lead to other purchases, I noticed after a few days that a few SURPRISE charges were on my bank statement. 3 from Health Cleanse, 2 from Ultifreshwell, and 1 from Elite Pack. The total of these charges WAS AROUND $300! I NOT ONLY DID NOT ORDER OR ACCEPT THESE PRODUCTS, BUT I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE THEM!
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNLAWFUL! HOW CAN YOU CHARGE PEOPLE UNKNOWINGLY $80- $90 over and over (1ST) AND THEN (2ND) SEND THEM NOTHING!!!
I will be sending a letter as well to Fox News because this advertisement was on their website and I believe they had an entire article on it within the site! I trusted Fox News to monitor their advertisers and those who spent money on articles. I will also be sending out as many notices to social connection sites as I can. Then on to the Better Business Bureau, an attorney, whatever, because this is RIDICULOUS AND ILLEGAL!!! I have left messages on these companies' answering systems (they do not answer the phone, except for Elite Pack, and this woman seemed nice but honestly believed in everything the company was doing! I have talked with my bank, canceled my debit card, and they say they will dispute the claim for me. I know several people high up in the banking and legal profession who should be willing to help me in this matter. I want my refund badly - I worked hard for my income - but, I also want to bring justice to everyone else who has been scammed by these crooks.

Free Sample NOT
Ordered 'free sample' of Dazzle White Tooth Whitener that would cost $1.99 for shipping. Got a little tube of the product that lasted 2 wks. and then received charges from a company called "ULTIFRESHWELL" for $89.49 . IN ADDITION, there were also charges from 3 other companies named ELITEPACK for $6.95, , EZYKIT for $8.53 AND WHITESMILE for $16.80. There were phone numbers on the Visa bill for each of these companies but just TRY and reach any appropriate company on those numbers! They will keep giving you other phone numbers, telling you they don't know about these other companies, and when you finally find people at "Dazzle Smile" (note ANOTHER slightly different name), they tell you that that "was not a free sample - it was a month's supply, and that you ordered it!" It goes on and on and on and I've spent many, many hours trying to track down a way to get these charges off my visa bill. Finally got an address in Pickering, Ontario, but when I googled the name "Dazzle Smile" I got nothing (note the slight change of name - again). I shall try and return the sample but will be very surprised if it gets credited. As for the other 3 charges, there's nothing to return as I received nothing and at this point not sure if it's worth the trouble. I took a day off from work to try and clear this up today (that's after spending over 2 hrs. last wk. trying to clear it up...was able to get the so-called memberships cancelled but it took FOREVER - PHONE CALL, AFTER PHONE CALL, AFTER PHONE CALL. I wish I knew how to get these people out of business but surely some have tried already! I feel sorry for the next person that gets taken.

fraudulent charges
I too ordered the sample of Dazzle White. It never arrived in the mail. When I called, they said they would re-send the 14 day trial for $1.95. A few days later, 4 tubes of the stuff arrived, and they also
charged my credit card for $79.00. I had not even had a chance to try the product. Now I find that
something called Diet ID is also charged to my account. Do not respond to any of the ads for Dazzle
White. You will be sorry.
