I tried to cancel before 14 days free trial and they make it almost impossible. It cannot be the consumers responsibility if the product is suppose to be 14 days free and they are charging your cking card visa card the same day and then the product arrives 2 days when the trial ends. Some FRAUD lawyer really needs to get this and the Federal Bureau Investigators need to act quickly on this. I'm glad others at least saw fine print, I didn't see this. However I did read the policy and it says 14 day free trial. This is truely a scam, but we ALL still need to act like adults and NOT curse and get so angry. There are adult ways to act and immature ways to act. I know I spent money on my Verizon mins of my cell phone and time on-line when I'm very ill and time trying to get someone to take this pkg to mail, but I should accept part of the blame for NOT seeing this through more clearly and checking the internet for this being a scam. It DOES NOT however excuse their shady ways and time consuming efforts they put me through to return this product, including the way their on-line works as well. On-line is NOT totally complete enough to ensure the customer a firm answer for resolving their issues. I'M a firm believer what goes around comes around and GOD will punsh this evil act and I'm ill and can't afford the extra stress or let it steal my joy. I 'm NOT falling for another scam anytime soon since I know now I can go on-line to investigate first!

Trial is not free - there is a monthly charge you will be charged if you accept the FREE trial. If you refuse the shipment it will not be credited. I ended up cancelling my credit card . Signed up for DazzleSmile only cancelled within the trial period and returned product. I have been receiving all these other charges from other subscriptions I did not order but they say it is in the terms and conditions. It is not. They only way to get rid of these charges is to cancel your account. Don't order this product not worth the hassle.

i have tryed to ring the number it has given me for the uk but a voice on the other end of the phone says it is tempary out of order i want to cancel so what do i do now.

If it's too good to be true it probably is. I should have listened. Like many people on this site I was suckered into their "free" trial offer and since I canceled I've had nothing but major headaches.

Here is what I was able to find out:
Farend Services LTD is the parent company of Dazzle White/Dazzle Smile, World Club Fitness, Weight Loss Resources and Insider Secretive Tips. If you check your cc account you will see small charges for these companies. And when you go to cancel you will find out they are only available MST, Monday - Friday.

When I called to get the charges reversed they said they couldn't do b/c I signed up for them. I most certainly did not. I had to go thru my cc company and they are working on getting the charges reversed.

I am going to the BBB. I believe all those that have the similar complaint should do the same. But here is the thing you need an address after much research this is the only address I can come up with
