Fraud alert
The ad starts with a "mom's story" of how she used two different products to whiten her teeth. The product names vary as customers get wise to their scam. They say you will receive a 14-day trial for under $2, then enrolled in auto-shipment, unless you call to cancel the membership. When you call to cancel, you are told that the "trial" they sent (size of a small mascara) WAS your first shipment and you will be charged over $70 if not returned and received back before the 14 days are up.

Trial Offer
The website starts off like the other lady said...Austin mom finding two practically free "trial" offers of teeth whitening product working awesomely together. It uses ABC, New York Times, and other major corporations like they are backing it up. You order the product for 4.95 but enter a promo code and get it for 1.95. You are thinking if you get to try it and if you like it, you can order some more. If not, hey it's a risk free trial offer. NOPE! They try to give you this free upgrade promo mouth tray but the small print says you will be billed X amt of dollars if you do not return it. I am thinking, glad I caught that. So I said no, I did not want the upgrade. After giving my Credit card information, I go to the other site so that I can order the other product that "mom from austin" found worked so good together. I noticed the same people were featured in the advertising and the website looked almost exactly like the previous one. I read the fine print on their website and noticed these free subscription offers they give you aren't free. Basically they are going to charge my card ANOTHER 160+ dollars, if the product is not returned and processed within 14 days. Meanwhile I receive a phone call to confirm my order, in which the caller proceeds to tell me they are sending me that tray with my recent order. They state they are recording they will begin recording the call and proceed to order confirmation. I state I do not want my order process nor do I want the "free" tray. She states I have to call the cancellation department. What a mess!!! Do not be as stupid as I was.

unorthorised charges
I have had exactly the same problem, they have taken the original offer amount in July then another transaction of over £5 in August and I Have just found another transaction today for over £40 taken from my account. I have contact them on the live chat and all I was told was the charges were correct (nothing short of a scam) i have cancelled my subscription with immediate effect and all I got was a cancellation number 323187. I will be taking the matter further to claw back the fund taken without my concent this is criminal and I would never have agreed to pay around £60 for toothpaste. I can not send the produce back as I have already used it, and can tell you all it doesn't work like they tell you either.

Unauthorised Credit Card debits
I have been ripped off by a scam which promotes Dazzle White. I requested a trial and received "free" tube of paste - only to be subsequently charged a total of around $230.00 Aus Dollars. They've sent me a new shipment which I haven't used either. The postage address on envelope is P.O. Box 4440, Milperra BC NSW 1891.
I don't know what to do?

SCAM
I wish I would have read the complaints before I fell for this FREE trial offer. With the small tube of this stuff was a letter saying I would be charged $79.95 a month for future shipments. This was not agreeable to me. I tried to call, no luck. I emailed them to cancel and received an email back saying my order had been processed and expect my shipment in 3-4 days, with a confirmation number. Well, I was canceling, not ordering. I called them today and got through and was told I was being charged the $79.95 and would be credited when they received the product back by 08/30/09. Today is 08/28/09, too late for the post office. Mind you, I originally cancelled on 08/22 and was waiting for the mailing instructions to return the product. They are a scam and I wonder if anyone has thought of starting a class action suit against them. How many of us, who are smart people, fell for this. I am madder than a wet hen.

Dishonest Business Practices
BUYER BEWARE!!
I wish I would have read all the compliants about Dazzle White before I ordered my "Trial Sample" for $3.97 (shipping and handling) My credit card company called and said that there was a charge for $85.94 from Dazzle White. Immediately I called Dazzle White. After MUCH conversation CS said that they would credit the charges. I offered to return the product, but he said it was not necessary. He then was going to give me a special deal of $49.95 if I didn't cancel. This was taken off my credit card. But wait there is more. They are associated with various companies, and if you request the "Trial Sample Offer" you are then signed up with other questionable companies. This means that all these people have your credit card number and address. My credit card company called again today for a charge of $6.97 for "My Diet Partner" which they said I sign up for through Dazzle White, which I did not. These companies will not refund the intial charge, but will cancel your so-called membership. What a scam. I will be reporting these companies to BBB.

Big Scam
I signed up for Dazzle White and Vibrant Whitening 14 day free trial and that is a big joke. For starters if you don't cancel Dazzle White and return the product within 2 weeks they bill your credit card $58 and Vibrant Whitening is 14 trial starting the minute you place your free trial order so they include the shipping time as your free trial so if you dont cancel their product within the 14 time period with includes shipping time you get billed $89.98. Also even after you cancel Dazzle White there is 2 other companies which will charge your credit card if you don't cancel their products. It will show up on your credit card as VH Access and Healthtimer on your credit card for $3.24 and $7.14 charges. When you call them they say that signing up for Dazzle White gave them ok to bill your credit card. They say it is in fine print which you have to click on terms to read the fine print. No where on the page that you order your free trial does it say anything about signing up for other programs. Both Dazzle White and Vibrant whitening are in on the big teeth whitening internet scam and the other 2 companies are also along for the ride with the BIG SCAM!!!
Don't fall for these scams, tell anyone you know that if you sign up for these you will be in for alot of unauthorized charges on your credit card!!! These companies should be put out of business some way or another. It makes me so mad, I had to spend hours on the phone trying to cancel all of these programs and then I disputed the charges with my credit card and they are taking the charges off. So if you do fall for this scam dispute the credit card charges and maybe if enough people dipute the charges that will put a blow to these scam artist.

Unauthorized Charges
I tried the free trial and now am being charged $58.71 for who knows what. Called Dazzle and they said they would refund the money. Hasn't happened yet. Also was charged $3+ from another company name who I am now assuming is associated with Dazzle White. Have to cancel my card now and get another reissued so I do not continue to get these ficticious charges. Something has to be done to companies like this. I live day to day and cannot affort to fight to get MY money refunded back into my account. Help me and many like me by stopping these companies from charging us ficticiously.
