I paid Dazzle White 4.95 for shipping charges for what I thought was a free sample of a teeth whitener product. I gave them my credit card number for this amount. A few days later, I noticed they had billed me for an additional $57.00. I called them and spoke to Jennifer in customer service and told her I wanted to cancel and that I wanted my credit card credited for the $57. She gave me a cancellation # and said no other shipments would be made. I asked what about the $57 debit on my credit card and she said that was the charge for the sample! I told her the whole thing was a scam and false advertising! She said if I wanted a credit I would have to return the unused portion! She gave me a return authorization number and asked for my email address to give me return instructions. I got the email but NO INSTRUCTIONS OR ADDRESS TO RETURN TO! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!

Yes, I too was sucked into this scam!
Not obly does the product NOT WORK, they originally scammed me out of $18, for subscriptions to some Gym in america, im from australia, they also signed me up to some weightloss thing, I DONT NEED WEIGHTLOSS, not only did i select no on the form for these two products, it says, only valid for US residents! This shoul've been my first clue!
but yes, just last week i had $78 dollars taken from my account! i cancelled my affiliation with the company, so now not only am i out of pocket almost $80 i didnt get the product! I have spoken to my bank, CC Company, and I am onto the BBB!

also, i emailed CNBC, ABC, New York times and others that Dazzle Smile said they were affiliated with! i hope this gets us all somewhere!

Dazzle white is a huge scam ! DO NOT ORDER ! They charged my account $127.00 dollars for a "free" trial that was to cost me $4.98. I paid the $4.98, then received the additional unauthorized charges ! I even had to send back the trial tube of dazzle white or they would charge me $ 58.64. Remember the trial was $4.98, and the it became $ 58.64.

My husband is an attorney, and we will go after them, if not resolved. The product gave me huge blisters on my mouth and lips.

Please, do yourself a favor and don't order. The company is really doing fraud. I called my credit card company and had to put a block on Dazzle White adding further charges to my account. The credit card company is well aware of Dazzle White.

It is a nightmare and I am angry. Currently, I am $127.00 in the hole for a tube of Dazzle White that I used 5 times and quit after the mouth blisters. Remember, I even had to send the now $60.00 plus dollars of the " trial " Dazzle White back to them. And I paid postage on top of everything !

well i cancelled within the time limit then sent the package back in 20 days to addresse but the company is a p.o.box meaning theres no one there to receive the pack so a slip is left there till they chose to go pick up. meaning they wait till after the time limit goes bye then they have a reason to charge 59.80 . so please dont fall for this scam it is a scam even if you do exactly what they tell you bbb needs to shut them down or have them pay back all inesent folks there money

This company is a scam. Request that you send 1.95 to cover shipping followed by $79.95 charges thereafter every 30 days for teeth whitening product. This scam is reportedly endorsed by very reputable corporations. DO NOT fall for this one Nothing is FREE.
