Scam
I ordered my free trial and immediatly got an email thanking me for my membership. Realizing I'd made a mistake, I called to cancel. They said I'd have to return the product and it would have to be processed before the 14 day period was over. I sent it back two days after receiving it. They received it in the mail two days before the 14 day period was over. They processed it seven days later and charged me $60 !! How do people get away with this?????

not clear on the free trial
I recently ordered the trial sample of dazzle white from there website, to my surprise I rec'd 3 more tubes of it yesterday 8-12-09. Going back to the site and after much searching I found out why.
Originally it seemed that it was perfectly clear that I would only be receiving the trial size, unfortunately that was not the case.
It seems that they have in very small print and very difficult to find a contract clause that gives them the right to send these extra tubes to me and charge my credit card 57.95 a month for 3 months.
I cancelled the my account with them and found there original shipping e-mail and no where in there does it state that this is the first of my initial orders or that should I choose to I can cancel my account and and not receive any further shipments. What a way to do business.
I will never get another product from them or any of their affiliates again. And I e-mailed all my friends to warn them about this.
Another thing the story I read about how great this product is was fake, just a composite of people who have given testimonials about the product. By the way, it's not as good as they state on the websites...

I ordered the "trial" dazzle white for 1.95 and was later charged 58.71. Thats AFTER i had already canceled and before the 2 weeks was up. The lady stated that there was no record of me ever canceling, and had my account been accessed to make any cancelation there would have been a note. I have to return the trial and wait to get my money back. :/

rip off!
Dazzle White product and free trial is a rip off! The terms and conditions are such that it is impossible to have a 14 day trial of the product! They tie you up in knots and keep shipping more product...return process is very confusing...I tried the first month supply and paid $60. The pen ran out in little over a week, so it is not a month's supply...I dont know how they are getting away with this scam and false advertizing(??)

Unauthorized billing
I ordered a free trial of Dazzle White and was charged almost 18.00 on my credit card. I received no product. I have now been charged on my credit card again for almost 70.00 and I am shocked. I've been scammed by a company I thought was legit.

Claim to offer free trial with minimal shipping. Got trial. cancelled in time frame and was told I'd be billed for the first month cause I recceived the product or I can return product and pay shipping...again! Asked why I coould not keep "free" trial and was told that i should read the terms more carefully as it was not their fault I didn't read.
After being ticked off at that comment, I thoroughly read the terms and found out that I was automatically enrolled in two other programs that I had to cancel! I called one number and cancelled easily. To my surprise, when I called the second number, I got the same operator!
And the company name in the terms...can't find it yet...does it exist???

Called the 'cancellation' line at 866-989-2686. "sorry, but our computer access is not avaialble now. Let me take your information and we'll contact you at a later time". When will the computer system be back up? "Not sure, you can try back later today or tomorrow"
Left my info. Calling the credit card company again this morming.

I want a refund/ did not recieve anything other than a sample
I responded to a free oline offer for this companies teeth whitening system.
What a scam and a mess. I've now had my credit card charged $88.97 and have spent hours on the phone and online trying to get a refund and cancel further shipments!
These folks are real scam ar...
They are rude, will not assist you at all, I can not use the product, hurts my teeth I want my money back.
I did not receive a full product, a sample. I want my money back
