never ending charges on your account
If you are thinking of getting the not so FREE TRIAL of Dazzle White, think again!!! I got the product, threw it in the drawer, but cancelled the shipment of future products only to have some new company charge my card every 2-3 days with something I never ordered but they said I did. This is fraud and it's a SCAM!! I finally had to close my credit card account to stop this! Don't be fooled by the ad stating that a woman found a way to get cheap teeth whitening products. It is actually the company's ad.

fraud
Buyer Beware!!I ordered a free trial of Dazzle White and after I received it I found out it is not a free trial, they charged my bank even after I sent the product back unopened before the trial period ended.Make sure you read all the fine print before getting a so called free trial.I will not stop calling them until I receive my refund. Please be careful out there.

False Advertising
Let me get in line to join the others to report about Dazzle White's fraudulent practices. Everything the other forum contributors said is true. If you sign up for "free trial" (they are quick to point out on the phone that they don't say "free product" what????) then you will find charges on your credit card bill of $58.76.
Now I have to mail the product back in order to get a refund. Hope there's not a problem with that since this co. cannot be trusted.

FRAUD
I signed up for this scam a week and a half ago. I was only supposed to pay 4.95 for shipping and handling on a trial item. Since then I have been charged 4.95, 58.76, and now 3.24 for another company that they have given my credit card information out to. I cancelled the product immediatly when my bank account showed the activity but they are still charging to my account. The funny thing is the only receipt they have sent me has been for 4.95 and which i still have not recieved the product. I just got off of the phone with a rep for Dazzle white and they gave me 3 other numbers i have to call and cancell my credit card with that i supposidly signed up for.

Unauthorized Credit Card use
I fell for the "Dazzle White" teeth whitening system, which is the same company using the 8669895907 phone number as their company name. First they ripped me off for USD $578.76 but I could not disput the claim due to lack of verification. Today they charged $7.14 to my account using the 8009895907 phone as their company name, which led me to a google search and finding this topic. I canceled my credit card, requested a new one, and will be VERY CAREFUL from now on, about using the new card. I've never even heard of this tea, and certainly didn't order it. Those people should be thrown in jail for credit card fraud!

SCAM
I ordered a $4.95 trail offer of DAZZLE WHITE. I was sent a 14 day trial size. When I received 3 more tubes, I called to find out I was being billed $58.95, so I cancelled. Then my credit card statement came showing I was billed twice at $58.95. When I called the company I was told I had to pay fuill price for the trial offer because I did not cancel it within 14 days. It took that long to get to me!. My credit card comapny knew all about DAZZLE WHITE and stated the 14 day trial begins when you order, not when received. Save your money!

False represetation of a product
Spoke with Supervisor ? (JOSH) ID# 125120, This company is a scam, They staed that they would send a 2 weeks trial tube. The tube arrived 3/4ths of the tube was empty.and then they charged my account $58.76 But since they said I didnt return the tube within 2 wks. that I was respposible. There is no change in the color of my teeth and this company are ripping people off, and needs to be banned from the U.S. You know something is wrong when a company constantly pushes charges through at 1-3 a.m. WARNING DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. unauthorized billing
I purchased a sample of their teeth whitening product and now my debit card shows a deduction of $9.99. The only charge the website stated I would have to pay for the sample was $1.95 S&H.

Fraud, Scam, should be illegal
I too was scammed. We need to become a united voice. Since we need to hurt them back where it counts, I am asking you to write to all of the sites that they advertise on. Let MSN and YAHOO know along with any other sites that accepts their advertising. I would think that they would want to keep their readers safe.
Here is an example of one that I sent.
I'm so sorry, but this is the only place I could find to complain about a MSN ad. I am asking that you no longer accept advertising from Dazzle White. This business is a scam. It has taken many people for alot of money and no one has been able to recover the money taken from them. Please do a search for Dazzle White scam and you will see. I though that MSN would like to know so that they do no intentionally mislead their loyal readers.
Please pass this on to whomever appropriate.
Please follow through with this and let the BBB know about this scam and anyone else that you can think of.
