Fraud/Non disclosure of automatic sign-up with Dazzle White sister companies
I signed up for a free trial of Dazzle White product only with the understanding of non-refundable shipping charges. Then, I had money taken out of my account 2 separate times, first by a company named Insider Secret Services, then C0mprehensive Weight Loss. I was told that when I signed up for Dazzle White's product it automatically gave them the right to withdraw from my account. To date, I haven't received product from either company. I went back and read the agreement I signed with Dazzle White but found this information to be hard to really spot, almost buried. It's important to disclose such information up front. It might as well had stated that Dazzle White can sign you up for the Army there is nothing you can do about it because you agreed. Terrible way to do business. It's frustrating to have these companies just withdraw money from my bank account and then refuse to reimburse the entire amount. I wanted Dazzle White's product, no more no less. Give me back my money and stay away from my bank account.

term & conditions are unclear
I ordered trial on 7/11/09 but term & conditions are hidden. I found the term & conditions on bottom of page and I have to open to read it. I contacted livechat & chat with Perry. He stated that there will be $58.76 charged to my credit card even though i cancelled on 7/12/09. He also stated this charges is pending. I have received the trial today 7/17/09 and I would like to send it back. Does anyone know how to process returns? I learned the lesson, do not order anything from Web Site. Too many this type of company and I feel very uneased. I came from Japan & I have not dealt with company like this in Japanyet. I hope I wouldn't see like this company in japan in future.

Trial kit
I ordered The Dazzle White teeth whitening kit on June 28 2009. The same day I cancelled any future shipment. I received the tube kit on July 09. It is supposed to last for two weeks.Since the plastic tube is not very clear plastic I thought it was full of gel. After three days of using it and I only used it on my front eight teeth, soon I realized the tube was empty.I definetely believe this is a scam or a returned tube from another "buyer". What can I do?

charge your credit card before your trial begins
You have so many complaints alreadywith this company.
PLEASE anyone reading this dont sign up with them. I signed up for 2 x $1.95 trials an then 10 minutes later the charges were $190.42 for the next months supply x 2 ( one set for my daughter). After 3 hours of online chatting witht he company the ACCC, consumer affairs, mu bank to attempt to cancell the payment I am exhausted.
THEN TO MAKE IT WORSE your website top and centre has the webpage advertised above this complaints form.Called daily voice advertising a lady from NSW saying how great Dazzle white is and the trial is $1.95. Its fraudulant. They say they wont charge you for the next month until 14 day trial is complete but the charge sits pending straight away. Its crazy, dont do it. Please remove the link off your great website it spoils it.
I have had to cancel my credit card totally.

want my money back
I got a free trial of dazzle white for $1.95 to see if i would like it but i dont it makes my gums bleed so i was charged $57 for a product i do not want to buy I called the company and told them and before i can get my money back they want me to send the product back and then they want me to buy insurance on the product because if it gets lost in the mail there is nothing they can do about it thats a buch of bull crap i should not be charged for something i did not order you would think that if i wanted the product then i would have bought it before my trial period was over well they went ahead and took it upon themselfs to carge my account all i want is my money back in my account

extra charges
I too was taken by the blurb on the side of a news page that stated that a "mom" living in my town had found the secret to white teeth. One of them was Dazzle White and I ordered the FREE trial offer for $1.95. My account was billed that amount plus $58.76. When I finally got through to the company, Sal told me that the free trial offer that I received WAS a MONTHS supply and that's why I was charged the $58.76. I have to return the unused portion and obtain a tracking # before they will refund my money. I'm not holding my breath on that refund! What a scam. I will never order anything again that says Free or Trial. Rip-offs!!!

No Refund
Bought the free trial from Dazzle White for $1.95. After I received it in the mail I called on 6-22-09 to cancel and was given a cancellation number and told to mail back the free trial to a PO Box in Iowa which I did. Then on 7-7-09 they charged my debit card $58.76 to which I called again on 7-14-09 and was told I was charged because they hadn't received my trial offer in the mail yet. I told them it was mailed on 6-25-09. She asked me if I had a tracking number for the mailing. I told her no because I was not told when I orginally cancelled that it had to be mailed with a tracking number. I was only told to mail it back. I requested they refund my $58.76 and was told it couldn't be refunded because the trial has still not been received in their warehouse.
This company is scamming people and the website says you can cancel at anytime and it doesn't say anything on the website about having to mail back the trail offer.
I want to know how I can get my money back.

Illegle deduction off money from bank account
Supposed to be a free trial the next thing they started deducting money from my account. With a lot of bother I have cancelled this product have been left feeling very uneasy about this company and have cancelled my bank card on the hope they cant take any more money.

extra charges
I signed up for the "free trial" and saw the extra charge for 58.76 pending on my account almost immediately. The only charge that I knew would be on my account was for 1.95.
I called the company immediately and didn't get through. So I did a live chat with an employee and got virtually no where in regards to cancelling the charges. I asked to speak to his manager and was told that they could not cancel the shipment or the charges but that I had 14 days from when I received the package to return it without incurring any charges. I could return it at my own expense.
I am extremely unhappy with this company. No where on the pages I read was there notification of this "additional pending charge". BUYER BEWARE! The information isn't readily available regarding this charge but it is on the site...

FRAUD
absolutely could not have said it better, tho i am a 48 y/o college educated professional..
"I am a 57 year old college educated female that has had a p/c for 12 years, but I feel like an idiot right now. I was reading a news article (CNN) and noticed to the side a story from a "mom" that lives in a town 30 miles from me about fantastic inexpensive teeth-whitening. Her piece was very "down-to-earth" and believable. You order just 2 free trials and pay a very small shipping fee to get snow white teeth. I fell for the SCAM, entered my credit card info, had second thoughts, and clicked on my bank account. In less than one minute, the $1.95 shipping plus $59.95 had been taken from me. I called my bank and was told the charges were pending and nothing could be done until the charges went thru. I called Dazzlewhite and the thief said I would have to return the product, get a tracking number (which requires paying EXTRA postage) before I could CANCEL or get a REFUND!!! All of this took place in less than TEN MINUTES. You also have a deadline to get it back to them or you'll still be charged!
What kind of country is this??? DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL FROM THESE CROOKS!!! If this product was so good, they would not stoop to scamming and stealing from honest folks. NEVER AGAIN will I fall for such CONS on the internet!!! If you order this stuff, you will be sorry and like me...feel like a fool!!"
