Fine Print
Dazzle White not only charges you the 59.00 for the little trial tube When you subscribed to their services, you are automatically enrolled with Insider Secrets and Comprehensive. And, you have to cancel their services as well, if you won't wish to be charged.

bogus charges
My husband thought he was ordering a trail sample of Dazzle White for the shipping charge only of $4.95. When it arrived I was concerned about future commitments of shipments so I called and was told the tube was for an entire month so I would be billed $59 and there was nothing I could do about it. When I pressed the claim of fraudulent dealings, the Dazzle White guy fessed up that if I returned the product with in 60 days I would get the money back. So if you fell for this scam and are still within the 60 days, send the item insured to Dazzle White, PO Box 10223, Des Moines, IA 50381. But then watch out for the additional charges. By ordering the product you also agree to join some weight loss membership, one for $7.14/mo. and one for $3.24. If you don't cancel these within 14 days, you are stuck with the charges but have to cancel future charges. Lesson learned, read the terms. If you want to whiten your teeth, use baking soda.

cancelling
The problem is that when you go to cancel, they cant be contacted by phone. What I had to do was go to www.dazzlewhite.com and hit on the live chat and argue with the customer service rep.about what I ordered and not to charge my account, there was no agreement that we saw when we ordered the free one month trial. I guess its hiden some where on there web page. After much trouble we finally got a cancelation number. this company should not be able to use the internet for its scam! thank you!

scam
Dazzle white scammed $55 off my bank account AND instead of the 97 cents S&H charge for the trial sample ( I used a promo code), they charged $1.97 plus $1.00 for shipping insurance that was not made known at point of transaction. My God - these people ought to be held accountable - I am twittering them to the whole world and am filing a case with the better business bureau.

Hidden Charges
DO NOT ORDER any trial of this product unless you want a lot of problems. First of all, when you order a trial size of this product, you will be automatically be enrolled in 2 online packages to Insider's secrets to weight loss with a monthly fee of $3.24 and comprehensive weight loss e-book package with a $7.14 monthly fee.
All 3 of these items have to be cancelled with a separate phone call. Even if you immediately return the Dazzle White sample and also call to cancel immediately, you will still wind up being charged $58.76 for the first month even though you had gotten a cancellation confirmation # from the Company 20 days prior to the first charge. They did refund the $58.76 the next day, but as we had cancelled the whole thing immediately, it caught us with an overdraft fee from our bank!

Excess Charges to my Credit Card
I signed up for a 4.95 trial of the product. My credit card company caught the extra charge by Dazzle White of 58.76 and called me immediately. We were able to stop all payments to them, but in reading on the internet since then I find many people have been scammed by them. I feel really stoopid and have learned my lesson!

bogus charges
I received my "sample" in the mail and put it in the shelf, thinking I'd get to it sometime this summer. Today I went to looked at my bank online and discovered a charge of $59.95. I quickly got online and did a live chat with "Vickie" who canceled my auto delivery, but said I'd need to call the company to figure out the rest of the stuff. I called them and they verified that the cancellation happened, but said that I could not get my money back, because the 14 day trial period had passed. I told them that I got a little tube that was supposed to last 10 days, and I hadn't used it yet. He said, "Sorry there's nothing I can do. The trial period has passed, that is a months supply, so you do have the month supply and you will have to pay the $59.95." I am really bummed. I've learned my lesson. NO MORE TRIAL SAMPLES! It's a shame that you cannot trust anyone these days. I guess I'm just a sucker...whose heart just got a little harder today. GRRRR! I am very disappointed.

Screwed by dazzle white
This is a misleading internet trial promotion. It is supposedly a free trial ($1.95 for shipping only) but the charge my card $59 plus the $1.95.
I called and cancelled and was refunded the $59 but they refuse to refund the $1.95. Today I received another charge of $3.24 from another company that I supposedly signed up with as part of the dazzle white offer (this company will not refund either)
I have cancelled my card to ensure no further charges.

Cell phone Texting
There have been 5 or 6 texts to my cell phone, so far, and I do not have texting on my phone which means I have to pay for every one of their messages. DO NOT APPLY for the trial of their product. They ask for your cell "in case of delivery problems, " which is clearly a lie - they want it so they can text you, multiple times. As soon as I saw the screen to pay for shipping fees, I felt I should stop there because I had a feeling once they had my credit card info. they would never go away. I stopped but they already had my info. They also say they respect your privacy when you provide your e-mail address - we'll see. Lesson learned. Disrespectful, expensive "free trial, " and the americandermasociety.org is probably bad news too - maybe it is a fake org., for the purposes of pulling this stunt.
