Scam, Rip off, Theft
Nov. 16th I ordered their product. They charged my card their fees plus extra fees then never sent the product. 2 weeks later I recieve an email that states as follows...

Dear J****** Young,

Your order ID ************** has been fully refunded. Refunds take up to 2 weeks (usually 6 days) to show on your statement.

If, for whatever reason, after 2 weeks this refund still does not show, please contact us directly at [email protected] and give the password "***********" in the subject line, and your email will be forwarded to a manager immediately.

Thank You.

So I call them and ask why has my order been canceled without me having been mailed anything and the person stated that I had an invalid address and they were unable to ship anything due to it (Keep in mind please that I DO have a valid mailing address.) SO I asked if everything was to be refunded including shipping and she said we do not refund shipping and I explained to her that yes you do when you NEVER shipped anything.

I then requested to speak to a supervisor and she said I was not allowed to escalate the call. I told her I had every right to because they charged my account and never sent me anything and that is considered a scam... you can not charge a person for services or a product they never get. She said she was trained to handle any complaints and escalation was not an option I had. She was rude and standoffish the entire time...

I guess when you are a scam company managers and customer service are all options they opt out of. With a real company you would be allowed to speak with a manager.

We argued over several minutes before she said she would check on the refund to see exactly what it included and then she came back on the line after a 15 min hold and told me that it shows that a full refund had been given including shipping costs. I asked her how much that was and she said it does not show that on her end only that a full refund had been issued.

Fast forward another week and a half ... today I look at my bank account and no money has been refunded ... that is not the only thing but ANOTHER charge has come in through them for not only the 26 original dollars (Give or take a dollar) but now it is 87 dollars (Give or take a dollar) and I have a cancelation notice given to me 2 weeks prior to this charge.

Yes I plan on calling my bank and sending it to their fraud department ... considering I have a letter stating that I will not only not be further charged but a full refund is entitled.

Skip the headache stay away from these people they are rude, thieves who will only lie and steal from you.

O' yeah their other company name is Premium White, they are the same company so again BEWARE

Unauthorized charges
My son ordered the free trial for $1.95 and used my credit card without my permission. The company called repeatedly from an 866 number until I finally answered to find out who was calling. I was told that I ordered their product & then the representative tried to "upsell" me for additional products.

I told her that I did not order the product & requested that she cancel the order immediately. This was on or around September 20th. I was given a cancellation confirmation number & was told that $87.62 was going to be billed to my card sometime around October 3rd. If she couldn't stop that charge she assured me it would be reversed a short time later since I canceled the order. I figured that a little over a week was plenty of time to prevent a charge from occuring.

On October 10th my card was charged $87.62 plus a foreign transaction fee. I tried to contact the company using the number that appears on my statement, but it is not in service. After an internet search & 4 phone calls later I was able to speak with a "customer service" rep and asked why my card was charged. He lied, and told me I did not cancel until October 10th, the day the charge appeared, because that is what the notes in his computer said. (the initial charge for the "free trial" appeared on Sept. 13th).

Luckily, my credit card company has reversed the charges after filing a billing dispute. They stated that they were familiar with the company Pristine Health because of the numerous complaints they have received regarding unauthorized charges.

If anyone wants to light up the switchboard of this scam company the number is 866-528-6214.

billed for =87.00
The product was a free sample to try and you only had to pay shipping fee. My credit card is being charged 87.00 and upon learning of this I found that my credit card will be billed three time for this sample product. HELP

Fraud, Liars, Crooks
These people are criminal's, dont sign up for the $1.95 scam it will cost you. They will bill you for $79.95 and also sign you up for other packages that they will bill you for next month. Stay away from these people and tell your friends not to believe their fony story about the mom who found a $1.95 household tooth whitening miracle.

Deceptive Charges
Looks great. Great trail offer. Here's the kicker. When you cancel they don't tell you that you are going to get charged for other things unless you cancel them separately. Small charges appeared on my checking account. I figured that my wife had been charging small items. One for $7.22 and another for $3.05. They kept showing up month after month. After realizing that these weren't her charges, I phoned the 866 numbers to find that canceling Dazzle White doesn't cancel the health info that had been emailed to me. Customer Service told me that the Company is based in Canada. I had to call three numbers to get everything canceled. I guess small charges can go unnoticed and they count on this. Muliply the $10 a month times how many people get fooled into this scam and it adds up to real money.

Fruedulent
Dazzle White have taken almost $300.00 from my debit card over the last few months. I have lodged a complaint with my bank and got a replacement card (which was a huge hassell ) but I now know I am safe. My advise to anyone in the same situation is to do the same. My only wish now is that justice will be done to this mob.

Price
This was a one time offer(recorded) for $3.95 I called and cancelled it after the one time trial.. My account was billed $89.37. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office and filling a complaint. I demand a full refund and will be returning the entire trial offer as I just recieved it. I will cancel that account and you are a total ripoff. I demand full refundinf of my funds immediately.

Scam and Rip off
I ordered a sample of the dazzle white with the idea that I would only have to pay shipping, and was tricked into a product renewal scam which resulted in my credit card being charged $49.99. This is outrageous! Is everyone today out to rip off innocent people? Do not order this product! It's a scam! I was billed even after I had cancelled the order!
