SCAM
Well I did what I thought I would never do and tried a product where you try a product and only pay shipping. Now, $58.00 X's 5, I have a supposed cancellation number form Dazzle White and from what I have read, I fear that it may not be that easy. I am going to attemp to return the products for a refund, but again think it may be futile. I feel like such an idiot. An expensive lesson learned.

Scam and a Ripoff
After seeing an ad on the Dr. Mercola web site (how these shysters managed to secure a spot on that site is an entirely different matter which we will take up with Dr. Mercola), we signed up for the $1.95 trial. Received the product and noticed an immediate charge of $87 had hit our credit card. Called to cancel, and after being on hold for 30 mins, a rude "customer service" representative said we would have to send a letter to officially cancel. Since that time, ANOTHER $87 charge hit our credit card. We sent a letter certified mail - return receipt requested to Dazzle White Pro, 22100 E. 26th Ave., #100, Aurora, CO 80019. A “G. Remez” signed the receipt. We have cancelled the card and logged a complaint with our bank. Clearly, this is a SCAM. If they have your credit card number, recommend you cancel immediately and log a complaint with your bank.

misleading website
dazzle white defrauded me by charging my credit card $87.62 and then automatically enrolled me into some other program for another $24.65. i returned the product and now the company does not want to issue credit. This company is a scamming company and should be shut down.

Unauthorized billing
I ordered the free trail thinking it was a deal. Right after i ordered it i read the fine print saying they would charge my account $60 every month. So i called to cancel. It was literally 2 min after i ordered it that i called to cancel. They assured me that it was canceled and i would not receive the product. A few weeks later it came in the mail. I called and they said they would fix it. They never did so i called again. They would never give me a straight answer. All they care about is getting your money.

Unethical Proceedures
When one orders the Free Trial Teeth Whitening Kit from these people, they give you 14 days to cancel your automated subscription [from the date of ordering the Free Trial], after which regular further charges will be levied onto your credit card. The problem is that if you live in Canada, you don't get the free trial kit within the 14 days and they have already charged your credit card for the next purchase amounting to ~ Can$100. Then, based on 1 month from your original order of the Free Tral kit, another charge in lodged onto your credit card. So, within 1 month from start you are owing ~ $200 and have only just started receiving the products. Unfortunately, because of the original agreement to obtain the Free Trail Kit, you are locked into paying this. So much for the Free Trial!

Fraudulent charges
I again feel for this scam I ordered a free trial from Dazzle white pro for $1.95 and received a receipt off them for $11.95. I used the product and didn't think it made any difference so thought it wasn't a problem as this wasa trial only, then a month later I received a package with more Dazzle white in, I was confussed and rang them to say I did not order this. They said no problem send it back then they will refund my money, which I was happy with but then when I received my statement this month they have taken 2 lots of $58.71 when I have never received the second consignment, also they have fradulently taken payments for $3.24 under a company called elite pack. I rang my card company as I was so upset for them to inform me they have taken out another payment if $4.99 under a different company name. They are passing this on to their fraud department to try and recover the payments. As other people have said I don't have much money and this is alot to lose, I can't believe that people can be so cruel. I did ring the company but they said I would not receive any refunds, I just hope this might work. Any help would be appreciated.

Unauthorized charges
I accepted the $1.95 trial offer for the teeth whitening product. The very small print obligates you to cancel or receive periodic and very expensive products. My checking account was debited for $59.95 for which I received NOTHING. When I saw that charge, I realized I had been a victim of their small print scam so I called and cancelled my "subscripton." Now, my checking account is being hit by something called "Ultimate Fit Partner" with a reference on the withdrawal of elitepack or ezykit. Through Can You Trust them, I've discovered it's all the same scam. This is a nightmare. How can I stop these people from literally stealing my money? Beware of Dazzle White and their so-called "risk free" trial.
