SCAM
Here's another website with slightly different information - and a rebuttal with contact information from an "employee":

unauthorized charges
Don't try the FREE sample offer...IT IS NOT FREE!!! They put unauthorized charges on my debit card and then gave me the run around on the return policy. It is nothing but a SCAM. Cancel your card Immediately.

teeth whitening scam
I have also been very silly and ordered tooth whitening products on-line. Responded to the advert with the 'normal housewife' who whitened her teeth. Two companies involved were Dazzle White and Alto White. I have has approximately £150.00 taken from my account and also had my details passed on the world gym. I don't know why they haven't been caught as it seems to be a global scam. Have made my credit card company aware and they are putting a stop to all future payments.

lost $
Too bad for me for thinking I could try their toothwhitening product for free... in a very short period of time ( 2 weeks) my credit card was charged close to $500.00 by not only this company buy their sister companies for different lotions and potions I had not even heard about. Firstly, I called dazzle white, as I originally thought that there was an error with my account. However, when the young woman on the other end of the line proceded in telling me that the "fine print" explains these charges.. and that, as far as she was concerned...I should have done my "fine print" reading. Paniced, I called my credit card company as soon as I got off the phone with her and most of my $$$ was retrieved. My credit card company rep. said that they have dealt with this Dazzle White and their sister companies MANY times with complaints of this nature and I was lucky to have caught the problem so soon... some people hadn't noticed unti it was in the $1000.'s..plus..

Sharing of credit card number
Dazzle White offer low cost trials that you can not cancel without incurring multiple 79.95 charges.
I did sign up for the Dazzle White trial and got some wrinkle cream and a 3rd item, I can;t recall what it was. 17 days after singing up I had 3 additional 79.95 charges to my credit card. Of course I canceled immediately.
I have since received charges for $8.53 from ezykit and $6.87 for WEBFITCS. I have no idea what these products are and did not order them. Each time I call to cancel I do get a confirmation code but no refund of previous trials past the 14 day date.
I've notified my credit card of this abuse.

Charge without notice
I have purchased a teeth whitening for the cost of $1.95 USD from Dazzlewwhite, later they're charged me an additional of 2 x $$18.56 and then an additional of $99.97. I've called and talked to them and asking to remove of the membership list, then they're agreed. They've send me an email confirm the cancellation since OCtober then in November they're charged an additonal of 2 x $19.68. I've called them again and asking why, then they explained that I have cancell the teeth whitening but not the lose weight and lifestyle finess, which I have never enter or agree to or what so ever. I find it is a scamming company and frustrated for being charge for product that I've never received or purchased. I hoping that someone can stop these company from ripping off innocent people. Please STOP them !!! They're scamming so many people. Please DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.
