I have been reading some of the nay sayers about this scam. Believe me it is real. Yes, when you read the fine print they do mention and warn about additional charges. What they fail to tell you is that they sell your information to other companies who deal in the same type of product. (Or it may be the same company/product under another name. I have had charges to my debit card (yes my checking account!) for the following companies: SUP Smite Brite, Dazzle White, TLG Livewell, Pristine Health, Ultrafreshwell, and Access Cleans. The only product I ever ordered was from Smile Brite and Dazzlewhite, and I only ordered the trial. I have tried returning the products, but their websites are no longer working, the phone numbers go unanswered, etc, etc. You can imagine my panic when I started seeing all of these charges on my bank statement. I was not expecting most of the charges, especially from the companies I never ordered product from. The next headache...overdrafts on my checking/debit account. $35 dollars for each over draft. I can't even tell you how infuriating this was and embarrassing this was. Why am I telling this story? Don't buy product from any of these companies. I am sure there are more out there that I don't know about. They will turn your financials upside down. My bank has been helping me get a handle on all of this, but the companies have vanished.
