I signed up for two "free" samples of two types of teethwhiting products that were suppose to be mixed together. The products didn't work, they didn't even send enough to last through the free trial period. I cancelled both subscriptions and still received charges on my credit card. When you sign up for the free samples you are automatically signed up for other programs which you are unaware of until you receive the charges. When I contacted Dazzle Whites I was told they didn't receive the package I returned, I didn't cancel in time and they will issue no refund. This little espisode cost me over $100.00!!! It's just a ripoff!

I ordered Dazzle Whites trial on a trial member ship on 9/26/09 and phone and canceled the membership a day after receiving the product. I was never given an address to return the product to but told it need to be returned by 10/17/09. I went on the internet and after being on with a representative of Dazzle Whites for more than one hour she finally gave me the address to return the product to.

I mailed the product with a tracking number. The product was received by Dazzle Whites on 10/13/09. My Debit Card was charged $87.62 and $2.63 on 10/20/09. The telephone number they used when charging my Debit Card is a non working telephone number. I was still within the trial period and had canceled by telephone and received the RMA and put that on the front of the package before returning it.
