I agreed to have $1.98 charged to my credit card for shipping of their tooth whitener for a free trial.
Now I have been illegally charged $86.93 TWICE because I didn't send the stuff back to them. I didn't receive anything else except the first trial sample, which has turned out to be about 1/2 ounce of hydrogen peroxide, saccharin and peppermint oil.
I don't know what the second charge is for as I have never received anything else.
They have said they will refund one charge but that I don't qualify for the total amount since I didn't send the product back within a certain time limit.
This is a SCAM and I want my money back, , , ALL OF IT!

I too fell into this deceitful consumer scam. Like most I thought I was smarter than this. I said coming from a "mom" this has to work. "NOT" Luckily, I saw the errs of my ways and contacted the two companies that I purchased the trials from and cancelled right away. Get cancellation numbers and keep notes when contacting them, because they change their names and phone numbers often to confuse the average consumer. <br />
I received one of the trial products and returned it right away mailing it with a confirmed delivery. Don't give them any more amunition to fire at you, because if there is a dime to be made they will take it and it will be your fault. Receiving my bank statement I had both "free trial" purchases on it, that's okay. What's not okay is the nickel and dime international fees they charged for mailing them. These products are made and shipped from Iowa and Michigan. Only their banks and billing are out of the U.S. It gets even better. I also had a withdrawal for an unknown amount. My bank told me that it was from a company called "Pristine Health" giving me a phone# of 866-676-4122 guess what, I called it and no one answered. Isn't this illegal? My bank also told me that these scams have been going on for at least 6-months. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS! I didn't until researching this and I found out I joined MEMBERHEALTH & VHACCESS for additional fees which had to be cancelled seperately. Every company that sucks you in has different affiliates that you join automatically and if you don't cancell you will be charged every month. I have never been a consumer advocate before, but the more I look into this I just can't sit still. They are ripping off the american people penny by penny and getting away with it. This is just wrong! I have e-mailed FOXNews, the Consumers Protection Agency and I'm searching for every complaint website I can find. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office and I hear that John Stossel has moved to Fox, wouldn't that be great to get these criminals exposed? All of you have voiced frustrations. Please don't stop here. Don't let them keep taking money out of innocent people's hands, or who knows yours. Together we can pool our resources and get to the right people who can help us end this unethical practices.
