The Company "Premium White" is the responsible company for DazzleSmile. I too feel this is a SCAM and there is another SCAM that comes with SIGNING UP for the free trial from a charge which shows up as "SUP-WORLDFIT" More important I received only the "free trial". After calling the 877 phone number I was told it is only a FREE TRIAL for 15 days. If you are not satisfied after 15 days, return the product in 30 days after that and receive a full refund. The window of opportunity of a refund is gone. Not only have I been charge after seeing the report on a morning show telling me it's free just pay S&H, but the free product is not free. I was charged $1.95 for S&H, then charged $87.62 FOR THAT TRIAL on Oct 20, 2009.

Since then I have received no other DazzleSmile but my account has been charged $87.62 on Oct 27, 2009, $86.93 on Dec 1, 2009 and on Dec 8, 2009 for another $86.93. WITH NO PRODUCT BEING SENT TO ME ON TOP OF IT ALL. I am paying for something I haven't even receive.

Also I have discovered that because of filling in the information on their web site 'DazzleSmile' right above the Credit Card info I WAS INFORMED THERE IS A BOX TO OPT OUT of another SCAM from this very web site. Keep an eye out for SUP-WORLDFIT charge. I just checked on this new charge. I call the 866-407-5590 spoke with Customer Service and found out that I didn't opt out when ordering my free trial of DazzleSmile and was automatically enrolled into SUP-WORLDFIT PROGRAM. I just receive an e-mail after just canceling a few minutes ago 12/15/09 and this is what they sent me...no clue I was even enrolled in this. No information about it either and this was from my initial free offer on Sept 29, 2009. So in addition to the DazzleSmile charges I also have a charge for $24.13 for what??? Not a clue as to whatever this company is suppose to offer.
