scam
I gave my credit card details to pay postage for a free trial of a DazzleSmile teeth whitening product offered in a pencil sized applicator. The website mentioned no other committments.
I received the product (posted from Germany) which didnt work and wrote the idea off as useless.
I next received my credit card statement & realised I had been billed $80 every 2/3 weeks since the "free trial" under different headings all from Cyprus.
I called my credit card co. & reported the scam and cancelled the card. They said there were hundreds of similar client cases of theirs & they would only take responsibility for the charges from the date I had "cancelled " the service.
I phoned the callcentre notified on their website for UK & received a "Service Cancellation Number" .
I returned the trial unit as requested by recorded delivery to the UK (US & Australian returncentres were listed showing the size of the scam) & have heard or received nothing since.
Four payments were charged to my card before I stopped it.
This is a total scam with nothing received for the "service" which I never knew about.

RIP OFF!!
I made the mistake of ordering a trial offer of this product. Upon doing so, I did not receive a confirmation email or any details about this company. I tried to research company details to cancel this order but the only contact information I could dig up was through my bank. The phone number attached to this transaction was for an entirely different company that had no record of me. Upon sign up I was informed I had 5 days to cancel, so you can see the beginning of my frustration and skepticism. I received the tooth whitening product today. Again, no company information, no phone number to call and cancel. Nothing. I searched google using the return address on the package which led me to this website and a phone number to reach them at. I called, cancelled and was informed that I was responsible for $126.42. Non refundable. How on earth can these people get away with essentially robbing me and all others who made the mistake of signing up for this trial product?? I asked the "manager" how on earth she sleeps at night knowing she works for a company that steals money from innocent people and the response I got was "I don't see how that's relevant ma'am". I regret my impulse to "try" this product and it's pretty much ruined me from doing any future online transactions. I'll be sure to warn my friends and family but that won't stop the theft these people are getting away with.

money
i spoke to the bank as i was also sucked in by the "free trial" bit, they told me to cancel my card and get a new one, the only details they have is your debit card, so it will save you a good few pounds even if you have to pay for a new card

unauthorized charges fr credit card
I ordered dazzle smile trial pen for free, paying only the shipping amount of $2. After my purchase, I realized the huge mistake that I made and I cancelled my account in 2 hours. They send me a mail of cancelisation and the customer service lady told me that I won’t receive any products after the trial pen. I got the trial pen in 2 weeks and I didn’t return it because I didn’t know that I supposed to return my free trial pen. After 1 month, they charged me 86$ for the pen and when I called them, they told me it’s too late for returning the product.
This month I had another charge from my credit card from elitepack which is world club fitness membership? When I called the company and ask for refund of 25$, they told me that the product that I had to pay is non-refundable.
Dazzlesmile company is a big scam. And their Privacy Policy on their website proves this.
Dazzle Smile™ will transfer your Personal Information (including your credit card information) to such Third Party Service Providers in order to complete the transaction requested on the Site.
We are able to offer our Dazzle Smile™ Products to you, in part, based on your willingness to be reached by our third-party advertisers.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION OF TEXT OR ADVERTISEMENTS PROVIDED BY US, OUR MARKETING PARTNERS OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTIES.
It's my belief that the terms and conditions are deliberately worded in such a way as to be incomprehensible when the customers are ordering what they, understandably, think is a "Free Trial Product." What you're actually ordering is a "Free Trial" and not a "Free Product."
This company has several names for this product including: dazzlesmile, Dazzle Smile Pro, Dazzle Pro, Alta White, White Smile, Dazzle white, Acai Force Max, acai slim…etc.
I cancelled my credit card. And I just want to know if you can do something about these companies? There must be a way to stop these fraudulent companies and get our money back!

Scam
This company operates as a business entity in Des Moines, IA --- I know caveat emptor, but let's be frank they do not provide customer service and their ads are very misleading. Like everyone else who has complained about them on this board they advertise one thing and then do not allow you to refute any charges nor will they deal with your credit card company on disputes.
They also have limitations on when you can return things and how long they allow you for transit of the returned product along with many caveats
concerning time limits and so forth. Basically what they are doing is scamming the public into believing they have a product that you can't live without and then they will charge your credit card with authorization for products that they ship at their own whim.
They are basically a crime and disservice to the American Public. I recommend that every one avoid them and not do business with them.

Fraud/Scam
PLEASE READ*******************************
I too, was a victim of the scam that Dazzlesmile and Clean whites have frauded many people with.
They charged my account with other company names such as: IMPROVEHEALTH and HEALTHCLNS. They did this because they wanted to cheat the customer and prolong the process so that by the time we found out who they were, it was beyond their so-called refund/return policy.
As a result, I was included in other company scams which deducted several fees from my account. These companies were a weight loss and a World Club Fitness online account. I obviously never used these services.
I DECIDED THAT I WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. IF WE DO NOT STOP THEM, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DECEIVE AND FRAUD PEOPLE FROM THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I AM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I THINK IF WE ALL WORK TOGETHER WE CAN EVEN FILE A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM. I AM ASKING ALL OF YOU HERE TO DO THE SAME. I ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO GIVE UP AND FOR PRINCIPAL'S SAKE, DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT AND STOP THIS FROM EVER HAPPENING AGAIN.

fraud/unauthorised withdrawal from card
i got court when i purchased DAZZLESMILE teeth whitening gel on a free trial basis, no mention of the $80 they would "take" from my account at a later date, i presume it was hidden on another page if it was anyware at all. i wished i had googled this site earlier. i have been advised amongst other things to close my account if the card company cannot/willnot help. all i have in the way of proof is the card statement.
