I was led to believe that I would only pay £8, but you have taken money off my account that I did not authorise. I was misled into believing it would only cost £8.
I would appreciate a refund please.

have been scammed by dazzlesmile, 2 other payments taken from my account from ultrafreshwell and elite pack beware everyone there name has now changed to idol white with one of the pussycat dolls on there website

Yet another dazzlesmilepro complaint, and BEWARE the website now even vanished... free trial offer for whitening purchased the shipping, got the product and lone behold just rec'd another which i didnt request at all, the product does not work!!! i would neve have ordered another, debited £15.61 from my account unauthorised, i have had to lodge a complaint, thankfuly my bank wont honour the payment, ( c card ) and i have now cancelled the card altogether so they cant debit again, BUT PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT IN THE TRAP, THERE IS NO MENTION OF SIGNING AN ON GOING AGREEMENT AND NO NOT EVEN IN THE SMALLPRINT, THEY JUST ASSUME IF YOU DONT CANCEL THE TRIAL IT WILL HAPPEN, unlike other companies who specify they will debit your card unless you cancel DAZZLESMILE DID NOT!!!..i am disgusted they have been in business as long, and will very soon be contacting watchdog.. uk if i dont see the adverts removed from the website!!! i certainly will not let this drop... SO PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR DAZZLESMILEPRO.COM.

On the MSN page I saw an advert for a free trial of DazzleSmile tooth whitening paste. I agreed to pay $1.95 in postage charges. When I had completed my credit card details I noticed they were charging me $11.95 so I reported this to the company on 0808 120 1987 which is a freephone number. I spoke with Victoria, Letty, Travis 7 then some supervisor called Claudia. Nobody would provide me with their surname. They struggled to give me their business address, but I was eventually told Army Post Road Distribution centre, 3600 DesMoines, Iowa. 50321.
I spoke with someone and immediately requested they cancel this order. I was told that it had already been shipped. I said what, within 60 seconds of me hitting the send button! They said yes, I would have to wait for the product to arrive and then return it within 30 days for a money back refund. I told them that I wanted an immediate refund. They said they would cancel all charges and they gave me a 6 digit cancellation number. This all happened at 2pm on saturday 24th October 2009. On 2nd December I receive my credit card statement and note that I have been charged £7.51 ($11.90) by Beutyclub Cyprus.
I have spoken with Claudia on the number above but she said she can not do anything as I agreed in the terms and conditions to pay a handling charge. I asked her what 'handling' this was, but she could not answer.

I then spoke with my credit card provider (Marks & Spencer) who advise that this company are planning to take another $79.95 dollars from me in the next few days. M&S are being very helpful, but please be warned!
Get in contact with your bank or card provider and let them know you have been misled.

Because this advert appeared on the MSN page I trusted it.

I had ordered dazzlewhite off of a reccomendation online that said they were featured on the today show. and that it was a free trail you just had to pay shipping . I never even opened the package and got charged 87.62 i called them back and told them i want a return and they said i was within my 30 days. they gave me return info and everything . then after I returned the package they said they never recived it. i spent weeks trying to get proof from the post office for them so i could fax it to them . Finally got all that done. and they tell me now that i was not within my 30 days, they are not giving me a refund, and they are not giving me my product back. i wish i had thought to look up this website before i ordered. and if i can help anyone to not be scamed like i was i'm going to try because this stuff has to stop!
