internet scam
I took advantage of dazzlesmiles introductory offer on the internet (through a facebook link) for what i thought was a 'one off' offer for their dazzlesmile pen style applicator. Much to my anger I received another similar product sent today stating 'this package contains your new shipment of DazzleSmile at our discounted rate'. If I wanted this product I would have ordered it! The letter has no return address and even worse no bill to let me know how much they have scammed me for a product I never wanted!! I 've emailed the company but I'm worried about where I stand legally. Can anyone help?

FRAUD
My husband signed up for a "FREE" trial. Received his credit card statement today and it has been debited on with $100.77A$ on 3/11 and another $107.89A$ on 18/11. Received no product. Have attempted to reach them via their website and cannot. If I have to ring USA that will be very expensive, and by the tone of other complaints you are on hold for a substantial time. My only recourse is to dispute the payment with the credit card company and cancel the credit card. All that for a "FREE" trial!

a rip off
I ordered this sample of the dazzlesmile tooth whitner and was told I would only have to pay the 1.97 shipping cost. And then once I got the small sample I then found out that the company had charged my account with out my permissin, for 87.00. I did not get the product or my money back, I had to get another debit card so that they would not charge me again without my permission. So now I am having to wait for another debit card that I have yet to get and it has been at least a month now. This company needs to be sued and we should all get our money back plus money for the stress that it has caused.

Scam!
This is a scam!! I returned the product (after I learned that I had been automatically enrolled in their program).
After they received my returned product, they then informed me there was a 30 day window for returns, and I was too late.
Now I have no product, and I am out $160.
They refused to talk to me, wouldn't connect me with a supervisor, and hung up on me!

took out money from my account
I ordered 1 dazzlesmile from the web costing £4 I received 2 which cost me £7.48. When I looked on my statement Ultifresh took out 2 amounts 1 for £53.12 the other £52.93..then another company called MHMMMTWEET took out£17.98 and Harmony Finacial took out 36.45.this adds up to £160.48.and I got nothing for that, obviously this is a scam from the US and needs to be sorted.I am a pensioner and cannot afford this at all.I shall also be writing to the customer service operation. regards ms V Pond.

ripped off
I agreed to receiving a free sample of teeth whitening gel...agreeing to pay the $1.99 shipping. I got charged 2x $80.00 some dollars plus shipping for them both. I had absolutely NO idea I was going to be put on some subscription for getting them monthly. I sent back them both. Then I got charged another $25.00 some dollars plus shipping?!?! because they had automatically signed me up for a website called eliteclub which is supposed to give some nutritional information on fitness or some crap!!! I had no idea about this!!! What a rip off!!! I had cancelled my subscription after finding out about these $80.00 charges...and canceled my debit card as well...
and somehow they still charged me for that eliteclub...!!! These people are crooks!!!
