customer service
I supposedly ordered a saple of dazzlewhite. my dentist said i could not use. i called dazzle white and first of all got a number that was no longer in service. Took me a week to get the right number i called and was told to return the product. Let me say I never authorized a payment of 86.00 to my account but they took it anyway within the 30 day trial period. I returned the product and now they say that it was after thethirty days so i can not get a refund. I am uturning over to the district atorneys office in california. They are scam artist's and liars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! yOU'LL BE SORRY YOU DID.

NOTES November 12, 2009
scam
I thought it was worth $1.95 to see if the teeth whitening pen worked. NOT!!! BE CAREFUL AND DON'T DO IT. I received the product and after 5 days called to cancel. I was told if it were returned by the expiration of the 14 day trial there would be no charge. I even got an email verifying this. I was smart enough to get a confirmation delivery from the Post Office (the best $1 I spent). The product was received on 11/2, well ahead of the 11/7 deadline. HOWEVER, on 11/7 my credit card is charged $87. When I call, I was rudely told that the fine print states that it takes 6-10 days to have the information get from the receiving dept to the billing dept. 10 DAYS!!! My grandmother could have walked it to the billing dept faster than that! So do the math, 14 day trial period, 2 days for mail to return the product, 10 days to process the return. That leaves 2 days to decide. You might as well send it right back the day you get it...or better yet, DON'T DO IT AT ALL The other thing they don't tell you is that because their bank is in Canada, you are also going to get hit with a foreign currency charge on your credit card...for a product you don't even have anymore!!!

hidden charges
I went to the site and registered for the "$1.40" special offer.
entered my charge card # the charges came up $11.00 but there was no place to cancel .
The site vertually disappeared when I tried to go back . When I went to the site again I also found out that you are charged $87.00/ month for your sample after 14 days and this will go on forever if you don't cancel.
you are also signed up for World Club Fitness at $???? dollars a month
All this is automatically taken off your charge card.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.
ALWAYS READ THE VERY SMALL PRINT.
LOOK UP ON THE WEB SITE THE SMALL PRINTING IS HIDDEN.

Credit Card Scam
I was scammed by Dazlesmilepro and have had to cancel my credit card. I initially complained to the genuine Dazzlesmile website thinking they were the same outfit.
I have just received an email from them saying that they are going to shut Dazzlesmilepro down and need our help. Send an email to [email protected] Or [email protected] and ask for the Sample Legal Form.
This is what they said

“In order to convince the FTC and courts of the deceptive practices that Dazzle Smile Pro was using to get people to sign up for a “free trial”, we are asking as many customers as possible to write up their stories. I have attached a sample declaration, which is the format used by courts. Please write up, in your words and with as much detail as you can, including names and dates whenever possible, what you experienced when you purchased Dazzle Smile Pro
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call me anytime. My direct line is (801) 649-3805. The sooner we get these declarations back, the sooner we can get this situation resolved. Please respond by e-mail for now and if we need an original signature for the lawsuit, we will send you a prepaid envelope so that you are not incurring any additional expenses.”
I have checked up the validity of this person which you can do here.

"I invite you to check with the Utah State Bar (www.utahbar.org) if you would like to verify my status as an attorney or you can write to the president of dazzlesmile, llc to verify that I am their legal counsel. His address is [email protected]."

We now have a chance to get back at these criminals. Tell everyone you know on every Complaints Forum.

STOP PRESS
Three days after receiving my new Credit Card, I received an email apparently from Barclaycard, asking me to confirm my new card details after contacting their Fraud department. This of course was not from Barclaycard, but from the criminals attempting to get my new card details to carry on the fraud. NEVER reply with Credit Card or Bank details in an email.

unauthorised charges
I ordered this dazzlesmile too. The website clearly stated it was a free trial and the product was $3.00 and you paid for postage and packing. I went to their website (premiumwhite.com) and spoke to a live representative who cancelled it and gave me a cancellation number. I then had to make and international call and give them this cancellation number which will cost the earth.

I was told it did not say free trial on the website and I know it clearly did. I also read somewhere this company has been served with a cease and desist order as this product belongs to another legitimate company and the illegal one has been embedding all sorts of their other websites and new ones online, giving the original company a bad name. I saw the cease and desist order online I'm sure you'll find it if you look.

Anyway if anyone is having problems go to
Premiumwhite.com and speak to a live assistant to get it cancelled then call 0018669892686 and give them the cancellation number given to you by the live assistant. Hope this helps some people. Their office opens at 5.am Mountain Time which I reckon to be around 8 hrs behind us so I waited until 1.pm. GMT before calling.
