 Fraud

When I clicked on a banner I was taken to the ordering pages with no terms and conditions. How can these people expect you to read the terms and condition when they are not listed on the ordering pages? Complete scam and they know it. Visa are getting a huge amount of complaints about these.
In future I will only used a prepaid credit card when shopping online, then people like this can't take more than is there.

The easiest way to fight back against these fools is to click their banner adverts on the search engines. This will soon eat into their marketing budget and hammer their end of year profit.

 Scam

This was to be a risk free trail! Now they have debited my account for $87.62. They gave no indication that this would happen. Now I can't seem to reach anyone with this company to get a refurn and to be able to return this product. Has anyone had any luck with this?TJC

 Misleading website/scam

Misleading website leads you to belive that you are receiving a free product to trial for a small shipping fee when in fact you are signing up for a monthly membership to this and other companies. I immediately cancelled via livechat and was told that my membership was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged anything. Despite this my bank account has been billed and I am currently awaiting confirmation of further charges. I have since googled it and found a mountain of information about the dazzle smile scam. |

 Fraud

I "clearly" told the person on the phone that if they were going to charge me any more than 1.95 for the "sample" I did not want the "sample" I told them that they were NOT authorized to take anymore money out of my account other than the $1.95 EVER. To my surprise, I thought I could trust them the man told me "no, mam we will NOT take anymore of your money other than $1.95 for the sample, you have my word" Well, his word wasn't worth anything, they took $87.62 out of my account, which caused me over $150 in overdraft fees. They WILL NOT credit my account back. They claim that what I got was "not" a "sample" but the full supply. They told me they would credit me if I send it back but refuse to give me an address to mail it back to...DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, THIS COMPANY LIKES TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE!!! |

 No product and additional charges

I initially applied for a FREE trial of the DazzleSmile product with postage being $4.99. This postage ended up being $14.99.
I did not receive the trial product and have discovered that approximately $200.00AU has been drawn on my Mastercard account for products that I do not have and at this point do not want.
I would like to have my funds accredited to the Masterard account and any further subscription cancelled.
Generally I am totally disappointed and no longer trusting of your company claims.

 Misinformation and misleading the customer

First of all I would like to say that I never get scammed as I usually review *everyone* before I commit to a purchase. On this occasion however, I was completely duped, I shamefully admit. I read a "story" from a supposed mom of 2 from london quoting bbc reviews etc with what looked like legitimate feedback at the time. I was also on my lunchbreak and decided to go for the plunge as "she" even suggested using a promo code for a discount on both DazzleSmile and TotalWhite's free trial websites. After pouring over the DazzleWhite's page for the small print and not seeing anything obviously fraudulent/dubious, I signed up quickly with 5 minutes left on my break. On the final payment page I saw 11.90 was deducted for s+h instead of the advertised proce (there was no mention that the fee was different for the UK, which I did find unusual when I clicked on the final confirmation button). That was clue #1. I then clicked back 2 pages, only to see some small print all the way at the top saying that I would be automatically added to some "elite" club. Clue #2. Clue #3 was when I searched for the London lady's name and came across her exact story under someone else's name! Alarm bells started flashing and so I decided to do a quick search about DazzleSmile and lo and behold I found all these complaints against them. I immediately logged into their online chat facility and proceeded to cancel the order only to be told I will be charged $87 which will be refunded provided they get back the package within the 14 days! This I expected as I had read that this is what they told everyone. Sadly, there seems no way out of this and I have learned my lesson the hard way.I just hope that this complaint along with the others will not fall on deaf ears

 unethical/possibly illegal activity

I was told that there are many many complaints against this company and that this company is located in Egypt. So good luck to anyone who tries to get a resolution through them. My suggestion is to change your credit card number before it gets charged any further.. It is painless and will protect you from any unauthorized future charges. I also fell for the advertising and attempted to cancel just TWO minutes after placing the order. I was told that I could not because once shipping is paid for, the order goes out automatically. I threatened to call my Credit Card company, and only then was given a cancellation number. I went back and re-read the offer and realized that I would also be getting a 'Trial subscription" to something else that could eventually result in another charge, so I decided that I should probably make sure that the trial subscription was also cancelled when I cancelled the DAZZLE SMILE product. NOPE!!! It was not; and they could NOT cancel it! WHAT? They gave me a telephone number that was DEAD. No ring tone, no busy signal-- noithing! When I called back and asked them to cancel that World Club Fitness subscription, I was told that they do not have access to that data base, yet they gave them my number? Oh, no. I was told that I authorized this with my order. I DID NOT! I gave DAZZLESMILE my CC # and I did not authorize them to give it out to anyone else!
At the very least, this is an unethical company who shares your CC # with other vendors; at worst, it feels like this could be illegal.
Now I am worried-- Who else has my number? Thankfully, they DID charge my card the $1.95 because I was able to use it to tell my Credit Card company that this vendor shared my number with others and that even though they specifically state in the terms that I could cancel ANY TIME-- it is a lie if I cannot contact them. Simple solution--- The CREDIT CARD Company has closed my account and given me a new number. Once I circle that little $1.95 and dispute it, DAZZLE SMILE can have the headache. I do not want my personal information in such hands and neither should you. Call you CC and ask them to issue you a new number and dispute any charges that have already been levied against you.
