Yep, Another Complaint for Dazzlesmile (I wish I would have researched them a little more before getting my $1.95 trial). I was duped by the trial offer for only $1.95 + S/H, but was charged by 6 different companies over the course of 30 days about $500. I've since called every number on my statement (All of which listed their business as coming from the DE, CA and somewhere overseas (CY)) - 1 kept me on hold for an hour, then disconnected - Another 2 were no longer in service and the rest seemed to be the same guy/girl who told me to call back in the morning during business hours. I promptly called my CC company, submitted a fraud dispute, canceled the card and then proceeded to get in touch with the original company via the website. They gave me the typical b/s that it's in the "Terms and Conditions" and that they would refund me for the products, but they couldn't even match up the charges that were made and did not accept responsibility for the $350 that was charged by the other companies. The way I see, they are liable, should pay the money that was fraudulently billed, should cease to do business, and should be prosecuted for fraudulent marketing and credit card fraud. I can't wait to talk to them in the morning. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
