toothwhitening product scam
Dazzle smile website = dazzlesmilepro.com
This company had a promotion offering a trial pack for 12.95usd, there was NO information re any further debiting of my credit card for anything else.
The only correspondence recieved from them was an email reciept for a debit of $12.95usd and order number.
They have now debited $800.nzd approx from our card before we gave up trying to contact or trace someone to talk to and have stopped our cards.
Who can help us with this please?

SCAM WEBSITE
i WAS SCAMMED AND ON 3 OCCASIONS HAVE HAD MY CREDIT CARD DEBITED BUT ONLY ASKED FOR A FREE TRIAL, I HAVE TAKEN IT UP WITH MY CARD ISSUER BUT THEY DON'T SEEM TO WANT TO DO ANYTHING CONSTRUCTIVE ABOUT IT. I HAVE TELEPHONED THE COMPANY BUT CAN'T GET ANYWHERE WITH THE COMPANY ALTHOUGH I ONLY RECEIVED A SMALL TUBE I SENT IT BACK LAST WEEK WITH 2 LETTERS AND THE TUBE WAS UNOPENED AS I ONLY OPENED THE PACKET BUT THEY SAY IT'S ONLY 14 DAYS FREE TRIAL BUT IN THERE LITERATURE INSIDE THE PACKET IT SAYS 60 DAYS TRIAL. I ONLY HAVE PROOF OF POSTING WITH TOOTHPASTE ON PACKET BY POST OFFICE STAFF AND PROOF OF POSTING FOR THE LETTERS SENT. I DON'T HAVE ANY FURTHER PROOF.

deceptive advertising/thieves
This company is like dazzlewhite. they charge $1.95 for a pen that whitens your teeth. they billed my account $87. they said send the product back. they told my banker they would send the return information in my email account. there were 3 emails with unknown sender and 'BLOCKED FOR SAFETY THIS MSG MAY BE DANGEROUS' prohibiting my opening to get the return address. I will return to my bank with this information. This mess has caused about 4 hours of cleaning up. These people are THIEVES OF THE WORST KIND. ONe can walk into Walmart and buy teeth whitening for $20 for a month. NOt a little pen. Or 3 days of trays with product.

Dazzlesmile (TM) has taken out an Action in Salt Lake City (Oct 20) against the above for alleged Desist Trademark Infringement and False Advertising.

i ordered a trial sample, which i have not received. while checking my account i saw two charges for 87.62 each, plus two service fees of 2.63 each. one is for PRISTINEHLTH (DAZZLE) and the other is for ULTIFRESHWELL
