BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
In October 2009 I had placed a sample order of their tooth whitening product from Dazzlewhite, shortly there after I was being charged $86.92, then the next month another $86.92. I called and after a long dispute with them they agreed to refund one of the $86.92 charges. At that time I did not realize that they had charge a $24.82 for some elite pack (a service or product never received), then again another charge under a different name of World Club Fitness in January and once again in February of 2010. When I called the phone number appearing on my credit card statement I was informed that when I placed the sample order for DazzleWhite automatically I was signing up for World Class Fitness and that charges were nonrefundable. I discussed with a Supervisor that on the email confirmation of my order from DazzleWhite there was no mention of any membership to a World Club Fitness. Furthermore, I never received any confirmation or information or product or service from World Club Fitness and that was not even aware of their existence. The supervisor refused to refund my credit card and refused to provide a physical address to file a formal complaint.
The dispute is now in the hands of my credit card company who is very familiar with the bad reputation this company DazzleWhite has, since they been dealing with this type of complains for some time now.
Online Shoppers BEWARE of this company, they have third party alliances or what they call digital products (ghost companies) that will be charging you for things that you are not even aware of. There lengthy terms and conditions which you are bound to for buying their product is a three page document in small font that requires an attorney to get through it.
