i join the list I spent the morning talking with company reps. Their set up is this : you order a gel tray &/or gel pen for $1.95 & $1.00...the products arrives a week later. during that week before you receive any product they charge your account $148...this is "membership" for a year & is nonrefundable...you are now entitled to order supplies for $4.95...each order, as many orders as you want. If you don't want to order anything the $148 is gone for a year. The deceptive practice is to offer you a free trial offer which the consumer is led to believe is for the sample for the original $1.95...but in the meantime their TRIAL is for 5 days from initial order...if you don't cancel in 5 days their $148 becomes final

I can't believe this practoce is acceptable.
I suggest al pursue complaints with BBB & any other means Too any people are ripped off

By the way after several calls just by chance a rep mentioned that another gel tray will be mailed to me in Feb & will cost $48 unless I cancel.

I was given a mailing address in England ( Colesdale Ltd) ( there were currency charges also added to my credit card)

I get the idea that charges will continue to pop up if I'm not vigilant

Canceling my credit card may be te only solution which seems unfair to both me & the credit card company


This tooth whitening thing goes by many many names ... Beware !

Is there a cosumer agency group out there to investigate & stop these practices ( slick advertising/ wordy agreement designed to confuse) ???
