Signed up for a free trial of teeth whitening, then received 2 packages in mail. I was verbally told by representative that it was a RISK-FREE trial, that unused product did not have to be returned. Well, I received another product that I did not order, and two hefty charges on my account. I was also signed up automatically for a weight loss club membership and a diet program membership. I was unaware of these.

I then called, was told that if I wanted a refund and to not be charged again, I would have to return packages. I was given RMA numbers, and returned the packages via Delivery Confirmed USPS First-Class Parcel. I just found two additional charges on my account. The number they provided on the actual charge on my account is out of order (866) 9485508, I found the number by your website!

These people need to be stopped, I am one of many victims of their scam.
