I have been charged twice for a product that i thought was a trial. I have been charged £49.71 and £50.48. I would like a refund for both as i have not received any products.

Fraudulent sales practices
I have the same complaints as everyone else who ordered a free trial from Dazzle White or now it is called Dazzle Smile.. I want to be clear that I and most of the people who have filed complaints did carefully read everything as we were ordering. I saw an article on AOL that praised the system and quoted CNN, etc. I clicked on the link to find out more - that took me to the Dazzle website. So I unfortunately did not see all of these complaints before I ordered. If I had, I would not have ordered from them. However, I did carefully read all of the prompts and tried to read all of the fine print. I answered no to all offers. Despite saying no, they still enrolled me in the monthly ordering system and the health program. I have tried to cancel and I will try all of the methods that everyone has suggested. But I also filed complaints with the BBB, the Missouri attorney general, the US AG, and AOL. I will continue filing complaints and posting complaints on the internet until they shut down. PLEASE file complaints with the BBB and government agencies, not just here on the internet. The complaints here are very helpful to the victims, but we need to stop Dazzle from ensnaring more vistims.

SCAM ARTISTS!!!!
I have been completely scammed by the company 'Dazzlewhite' AKA 'Dazzlesmile'
I signed up for the "free my arse" trial but when checking my credit card they charged me $59 NZD!!! I then went on to cancel my subscription and they then told me that a 3 month supply had been sent out and charged me a further $89 NZD and said that I agreed to this in the terms and conditions. I had rung them since to make sure that ALL subscriptions were definitely cancelled and they said yes! I have since noticed smaller charges made to my credit card over the past 4 weeks. I talked to the company again and they informed me that when signing up with dazzlewhite that I too had subscribed to email fitness and weightloss groups!!! what the frik does this have to do with 'dazzlewhite'...So people, Steer very clear of this 'Dazzlewhite' company, it's all a huge SCAM and once they have your credit card number, they will continue to take out funds and it is very hard to stop!!!

Rip Off
Dazzlewhite! The only Dazzle is the RAZZLE DAZZLE of this rip off. DON'T SIGN ON FOR 'EXTRA WEBSITES' - YOU GET NO SERVICE AND THEN THEY START CHARGING YOU FEES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. Same with AcaiBurn. These two companies are just fronts for bad products to suck consumers into paying other charges. It is impossible to find out about the fees and fine print. Save your money and buy similar products at your local pharmacy or health food store. I'm embarrassed at being scammed and POed that I'm now out @ $60 for services I didn't want and didn't ask for. RIP OFF!!!
AND FOR ALL YOU POLITE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES THAT I'VE TALKED TO OVER THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS, YOUR PERSONAL INTEGRITY IS AT RISK BECAUSE YOU ARE FRONTING SCAM COMPANIES. EVEN IN THIS TOUGH ECONOMY, IS YOUR LOW WAGE WORTH BEING PART OF A SCAM??? YEAH - I'M MAD!

parasitic companies in bed with them
If you buy the trial of Dazzlewhite, and even if you cancel within 30 minutes as I did, you are in for problems with your checking or credit card account. These other companies automatically start charging you without any service whatsoever. If you call them and tell them you will file a fraud report with your credit card company, they will remove all charges from your account and cancel your membership. At first they will tell you their policy does not allow refunds, but once you insist and tell them about the fraud report, it will be done. Be sure to get a cancellation #.

charge my accoount without permission
I would truly appreciate the transaction reversed from my account. The charge that Ultifreshwell is trying to take is 79.28. I did not authorize that nor will I pay it. I work for a bank and am well aware of fraud and scams. I, however, got suckered into this one. (next time I am more careful).
If there is a problem with this, please email me and we will chat. [email protected].
Thank you for your consideration.

fraud
DANG! I got stung!
I am thanking my lucky stars I used my Visa for the transaction and not my bank/checking account. If you used your credit card, it offers you full protection but you must treat it like a THEFT/FRAUD and destroy the account. Don't worry, your credit company will gladly issue and rush you new cards and a new account. This will make it impossible for this company to try to take any more money from you. If you used your checking/savings account... God help you (and I'm an atheist)!
HERE IS WHAT TO DO:
*If you used your major credit card... call immediately and report it. Have them treat the account as if your card had been stolen (because basically, it has).
*Call the Dazzlewhite and ell them EXACTLY this:
"I DID NOT AGREE TO THOSE TERMS AND I SHALL BE SUBMITTING AN AFFIDAVIT OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO MY BANK."
and:
"I DID NOT AGREE TO THOSE TERMS AND I SHALL BE SUBMITTING AN AFFIDAVIT OF FRAUD TO MY ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE (BBB, FBI and/or FTC).”
Also tell them:
“I HAVE CANCELED THE ACCOUNT. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS IDENTIFIED YOU AS A FRAUD AND CANCELED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO THEFT.”
I would repeat these statements VERBATIM several times during the course of your conversation with Customer Care. It sounds odd, but it drives home your legal rights. I wrote down the statements (in quotes) so I could say them fluently. Say these statements clearly and strongly, repeat them several times. This strengthens your stand legally with these con-artists and they know it.
I was issued two cancellation emails that stated I was still responsible for the $79.85 charge. I kept repeating those statements (above) and I was finally issued a six digit cancellation number that made the $79.85 charge "go away". They still wanted to charge me the $1.95. I told them that my credit card company had identified them as fraudulent and the card was flagged as "stolen", therefore, there was no longer an account for the $1.95 to be charged to. The customer service representative then had the nerve to ask me if this was a checking account! I informed him it was not - it was credit and now the account was gone. The customer service representative now wanted to send me a check for the $1.95 refund (I am not joking). This is the point I insisted on speaking to a supervisor, simply stating, “I do not believe you understand me.“ - and I think the representative finally agreed. Upon speaking to the supervisor, I repeated the statements in quotes (above) a couple of times to her. She supposedly made the $1.95 charge go away.
WHO KNOWS! I’ll let you all know how it goes. Wish me luck. I certainly wish all of you luck.

negative option-charge for product never received--or wanted in the first place
I requested and paid the postage for a free sample(!?). I received the sample and then found, too late, that the small print required me to notify them within 14 days that I did not want to be enrolled in their program. They then charged my account for $79.95 plus a convenience fee of $.64 for the first shipment of their product which I never received and did not want.
My bank was no help. I wrote a letter to the only address I could get and sent the letter certified so that I know that they received it. I have had no reply and intend to notify the Iowa Attorney General's office and the BBB of Des Moines.

scam
These adverts are misleading to say the least! How can they be taken off line? Free trial isn't, shipping charges not as stated on advert and credit card company are overwhelmed with complaints (UK). I'm normally very suspicious so am feeling very cross at self.
