Internet fraud, trial product, recurring membership
If you've been SCAMMED out of additional charges after your *Free* 14-day trial of Dazzle White teeth brightening product... I urge you to cancel the creditcard# you made the initial purchase, file a dispute with your bank, file a complaint with the BBB and call or write to Moniker Online Services who is the owner of these fraudulent websites. Whoever _they_ are they have flagged their record as "client_delete_prohibited" ... which probably means they're making sooo much $$$ ripping people off that their ISP/IHP (internet hosting provider) loves them. This has got to stop! Why won't any legitimate news organization or government consumer-protections agency shut them down?

Fraud
About two months ago I purchased a free sample of a teeth whitening product (as advertised on the Dazzlewhite website) + postage costs. Today I discovered that they have debited my account, using the credit card details I gave them, on two occasions for a total of AUD120.00. Both debits were made out to a company in Cyprus. I had to cancel my credit card to stop any other withdrawls. I rang them and they said that they will refund the money but I won't hold my breath. This was after I told them that I reported the transactions to my banks fraud department. I also lodged a complaint with the FBI as their office is in the USA. Don't deal with this company as you will lose money.

fraud
I ordered a trial sample Dazzlewhite and another company for less than ten $. On my bank statement this month these two companies have charged me close to 200 $. What the hell is going on here? We struggle to pay the mortgage. I too, am educated and have used my PC for many year. This is first time that I feel so scammed. I will will never order anything over the internet again. I want my money back! I have done everything that these companies have asked me to do to cancel this scam. The postage alone(to send these items back) has cost me at least 20 $. I hope they rot in hell!
Please let me know if you have experienced these low life scam artist!

I contacted them and was assurred of a refund, I returned the Tube without opening it. I have since been billed by VHACCESS for $3.24 on 8.24.09 (0055438978, HEALTHMEMBER $7.14 on 8.21.09 (0052975003) and MYDIET $6.87 on 9.4.09 (0073336262). All telephone numbers are non- obtainable.

fraud charges
I was charged 1.95 for sample never received. After reading complaints on the board and after searching forever for dazzlewhite online, I chatted with someone at dazzlesmile customer service chat line and cancelled trial offer. They stated "It's a full month supply with a 14-day trial period. If you choose not to return your package before the end of the trial period, you're charged just $79.28(a 25% savings) for the package"
I never received a package of anything.
Sampler beware

Tottaly Rip-Off
DO NOT GET IN TO THIS PEOPLE!!
Dont order from this..DazzleWhite..Its a S C U M !! I've got charged $14(shippment tax all 2gether) for a pencil wich suppossed to whitening the teeth Plus another $58.71 after wich included the same product(the same pencil)so bassicly it cost me $72.71 for a pencil wich it'll cost 5-7usd. In top of that i've received from bank another 2(two) new direct debits with the amounts of 2.72EU respectively 5.07EU so i rang the bank and the only choice i had to cancel ALL THIS was to replace my card with a new one and report this as a BIG SCUM.

scam
Unfortunately I was taken in by this scam too. I found the trial sign-up info through an article about one woman's way of trying to save some money. The article looked legitimate. I had not clicked on any ad links to find it and it was on CNN's site. Very sneaky! The article explained that if you use DazzleWhite and Vibrant Whitening one after the other, you could lighten your teeth better than just using one brand. She also provided the codes to lower the shipping and handling costs.
Like a fool, I didn't read the extra fine (and hard to find) print that stated I had to cancel within 15 days to not be charged. I was hit with an $58.09 charge and received more DazzleWhite application pens. I contacted DazzleWhite via their online chat. The customer support person gave me a cancelation number, but could not refund my money. She gave me this number to call to 888-948-5508 which I did. The person on the phone said that I could receive a refund because it was within 60 days of being billed. He emailed me the return instructions, gave me and Order number and said I will receive a refund within 10 days after they receive the product.
After reading all the bad reviews about them, I was very surprised at how easy it was to contact a person and that I wasn't given the run around.
I still plan to cancel that credit card just in case they don't plan to honor the cancelation or try to charge me for other things. I'll update this in a couple of weeks and let you know if I received a refund.
I hope this helps others.

RIPPOFF
I also got suckered, along with no telling how many others by the Dazzlewhite tooth whitening "free trial
scam". My credit card billing unit told me to call and cancel and get a confirmation number.
I called and was told there would still be a $79.00
charge for heaven knows what. I am a 74 year old man on a fixed income and I had no idea what a quagmire these scams could become.
