Fraudulent Billing
I would like to make everyone aware that this company will fraudulently advertise a 'free' trial, and you only have to pay the shipping charge of $1.95. Even if you try to cancel your order, they will take another $69.99 out of your bank account without your authorization, even if you return the mascara sized free trial.

Is this worth $70? not at all.

I must chalk it up to my own stupidity, and I only hope I am able to help someone else avoid the hassle and rude comments from their "cancellation team".

IMPORTANT: When you sign up for this free trial, somehow it also signs you up for other companies that offer trials. My bank account was relieved of more money by other companies as well, since I signed up for Dazzlewhite. I did not receive any goods or services, and I have no way of knowing what other 'trials ' they decided to sign me up for. Please beware of these types of scams. Do NOT give any of your credit card information or bank account information, or even debit card or checking account information online for anything. I have heard these warnings, I know not to do this, but I thought I was ok with this company. I have learned quite a lesson.
Please beware of any of these names: Hollywood Sexy Smile, DazzleWhite, White Smile, Hollywood Beauty Labs, Health Member, VH Access.
All of these companies now take money from my bank account. I have closed my bank account because of this, and I hope to help people become aware of this, and stop them from making the poor choice that I did!

STOLEN CREDIT CARD NUMBER
I stupidly submitted a request for a ssample of Dazzle White and gave them my CC number for the cost of mailing. They then used that CC number to start billing me for charges I had not authorized. When you call you cannot get them on the line, you are put on terminal hold. They say I agreed to monthly supplies but this is not true but I understand their is a hidden place on the website where they indicate continuing charges but the average person would not know how to get to that disclosure.

Fraud/theft
"Responded to above website for 1.95 sample of product...no mention of any other charges or any future charges or any future shipments. My debit card hit twice with $58.76 once 7/24 second 8/05 and then 7/16 for 3.24 and again on 8/21 for 3.24 and on 8/17 for $7.14. I recieved nothing from this company and had to cancel my credit card and change my checking account ...I called the number on my bank account number as refereced for these charges and noone answers after hanging on for ten minutes...I have no address except the one I have picked up off this site from other disatisfied responders...what can I do to get my money back?

Unattorized charges to bank account
They have charged my account twice for their product, which was to be free. I have still not been refunded the total of 117.42. Their product is not worth $10.00, and I still think it is not worth it. This product is misleading the public to try a free product which they then charge you $58.71. Two weeks latter they charged me another $58.71. Don't try it or you'll be in the same boat I in, and no refund.

trial is not free
Their website claims you can get a free trial of the product for only the cost of shipping and handling. What they don't tell you is the trial period is 14 days. The product takes months to whiten your teeth if it works at all. At the end of the month you get billed $79.95! If you don't cancel your order in the 14 days from the time you receive the product, they will keep sending you this small tube for the ripoff price. Also you have to return the product to then in that time frame with the cost of insuring and tracking plus postage in order to not get billed. Stick with over the counter whitening strips, they work!!!

Unauthorized Charge of Product I did not receive
I tried a free trial of a tube of dazzlewhite and they sent me a tube that had hardly any product in it, and then charged my debit card 79.95 without my authorization 2 weeks later. I called the company and was told it was a 14 day trial and that I would have to send back the tube via the post office (which I will have to pay for postage). This has caused my account to be negative and now I am getting charged NSF fee. I am a single mother and don't need any extra scams - this is exactly what this is. I got there website as a pop-up on the HOUSTON Chronicle and it was very misdirected. It stated that it was only 4.95 for 1 month. They didn't even send me the full tube.

Bastards!Thieves!
I read the CNn article too and thinking this sounds good I ordered the free trial and they got 60 USD out of my debit card immediately. I called them and cancelled and my money is returned than after two weeks they charged me another 60 again and told me to return the product unopened.

THEY ARE THIEVES AND THAT CNN ARTICLE SHOULD BE REMOVED!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS THIEVES NOTHING IS FREE AND I AM NOT EVEN SURE IF I CAN GET MY 60 USD BACK AND ALSO IF THEY WOULD CONTINUE CHARGING ME!

SHAME ON CNN FOR MAKING AN ARTICLE ABOUT THESE THIEVES. WE CREDIT CNN AND DO NOT THINK IT IS A SCAM.

scam artists
DO NOT request a sample from Dazzlewhite. This is a rip-off. I received the product, found out what a scam it was and returned the product, unopened. Since then, not only have I not seen a refund but have been charged by two other companies that have partnered with Dazzlewhite to rip consumers off even more. When I called Dazzlewhite to complain I was told that unless I had the tracking number they couldn't do anything. How many peopole write down a tracking number when they receive a package delivered by the USPS and return it unopened? Um, maybe one in a million is the correct answer. I fell for this scam, as did millions of other people, don't be one of them. When I asked to be transferred to a supercvisor I was told they were all busy. Yeah, busy talking to irate customers like myself. Don't take no for an answer. Demand that your voice be heard by these con artists disguised as a ligit business.
