RIP-OFF- DEFINITELY NOT FREE - TRIAL
DO NOT FALL FALL THIS SCAM 'FREE' TRIAL. If - like me - you are stupid enough to fall for this claim, not only will you be changed for the 'free trial - which comes in the form of a pen (= this pen is in fact One Month's supply. It calst a week) - you are automatically signed up to be charged for 3 months supply AND...wait for it! You will also be signed up for some Weightloos/fitness club that also has your credit card details - and will charge you for this too - until you find out about and have your details cancelled.
Their Online Chat support workers don't give a damn about their customer complaints - and constantly reiterate that - 'all the details are clearly on their website'. When the pen arrived - you take it that this is a free sample - especially as it comes with no instructions or recommendations.
Please learn from my VERY EXPENSIVE mistake.

Ripoff
I wished I would have read the complaints before I ordered the "Free" Trial size sample. The ad said for just the shipping price of $1.95 I would get a sample trial size of their product. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $58.76. On 8-12 I contacted them by phone and inquired about the additional charge. I was told that the 14 day sample they sent was the additional charge. I tried to explain they only sent a 4 day sample and was advertised as "Free". They would not listen and offered no refund. What a total ripoff. Buyer Beware!

Free Trial scam
Adds promise free trial but then the small print that you barely see and they don't remind you of when you receive the confirmation or package in the mail, is that they charge you $59 within weeks and then another a couple weeks later - all before you see your first credit card statement!

over charging on credit card
Answering to promotional about teeth whiting for 4.95 shipping only. Dazzle white charged what they said on the 5th of july. I though that was the end, shame on me. On the 27th of July I was charged 58.76. What a rip off
Dazzle white is, a pen like appliance for your teeth for all that. why can't some one stop these cons .

Bait & switch (free but not really)
This company not only charges for the first "free" shipment; they send the 2nd order before you get the credit card statement.

scam and fraud
On July 10, 2009, I found an offer for two 14 day trials of different tooth whitening products with coupons for reduced shipping and handling on a consumer ideas website accessed through CNN.com. I ordered both 14 day trials. Since there is no way I could afford the full price of the products, I cancelled them both within 4 days of receipt, 7 and 10 days after ordering respectively.
The first provider immediately accepted the cancellation and sent me confirming emails with no problem. However, the DazzleWhite group issued me a cancellation number but, in a sense, REFUSED to accept the cancellation, saying I had actually signed up for a month's supply and that is what was shipped to me. By the way, that "month's supply" did not last even 10 days! I had taken the precaution of printing out the "small print" pages before they disappeared and they do state it is a 14 day trial period which I may cancel "at any time" by calling the number I called. I was told by the man who answered the phone that my credit card would be charged for $58.76 regardless of my cancellation and a confirming email (with no returnable address to direct correspondence) stated the same thing. Of course, it would be impossible to "return" anything within the 14 days after placing the order unless one sent it back immediately upon receipt without even trying it.
I took what I thought was a precaution of canceling the credit card I had used to pay the $1.95 and obtaining a new one. I was shocked to discover the charge on my NEW card when I checked my account via the Internet last evening. I had not authorized any $58.76 charge on my original card, much less on the replacement one. I have filed a dispute on the charge, but considering that the credit card Bank accepted the charge on my NEW card, I have doubts.
I cannot help but believe that Internet and interstate fraud has been committed by both DazzleWhite and the Bank. I authorized a grand total of $1.95 for "purchase of a 14 day trial." Nothing else! I got an email receipt for that amount stating it was for a 14 day trial. Nowhere does it state that I will be charged an additional amount if it is not returned within the 14 day period. I believe that this is a deliberate scam and is being used by the company under several different trade names as I have discovered the same offer leading to the same webpages with the same information but under different names.

overcharged
I orderd free trial of dazzlewhite online. (Free trial thats a laugh !!!) I was supposed to pay shipping costs only..that was 6wks ago.. €10.87 was taken out of my account immedietly. i thought well you have to pay something, nothing in life is free... 4th August another €41.60 appeared on my creit card statment, i still hadn't received anything from dazzlewhite...
After trying most of the day to get to talk to someone on their UK phone line number i eventually got to speak to someone. God only knows where i phoning really as the person i was talking to had a distinct American accent..
I had already been onto my credit card company and blocked my card so that this dazzlewhite company couldn't get their hand on anymore of my money..
It wasn't right to take out my complaint on the young woman whom i was speaking to, after all she was only only doing her job answering phones. Anyway i told her in no uncertian terms that i was cancelling my order with this company and that i would like the following message passed on to either her manager or head office. the message was simple. iIwas canceling my order immedietly, I wanted a full refund, and if i didn't get a full refund my credit card company was going to launch their own Fraud Investigation. I immedietly received 2 emails from this company. 1 saying my order has been cancelld, and 1 saying i will be refunded in full with 14 days.. Amazing how they can take your money in 5 seconds but need 14 days to give it back to you... to all out there who have had difficuly with this company try what i have, and hopefully you will get your money back... i have a good credit card company who are more than willing to help me get my money back, and most companys out there will do the same.. This company is a rip off.

free trial ...NOT
Dazzelwhite leaves out the free trial isn't free. They bill you $58.00 for a membership when they do not make it clear you will be charged after a certain date. When they send you the free trial for the cost of shipping the only paperwork in the envelope is how to use it nothing about getting charged for the product after the trial date is over. And in order to get a refund you have to send back the trial package and then wait a month until they refund your money! Don't buy from this company!! This is a warning!!! And customer service is very rude!
