Free? Tell me what's free August 3, 2009
free trial?
There is nothing free about this offer. When are we going to quite falling for these offers. Dazzlewhite wants you to return your "free" trial after 14 days or you are charged 58.76 for another 90 day suppy. You also are automatically enrolled in a weight loss program. Return your free trial? What's free about that? When will I learn there is nothing freeeee in this world...?

Unauthorised payment
I am in the UK. I ordered what I took to be a 'free trial' of this product. I was told it would arrive within 5 days - it took 11.
I have tried and tried to get them to cancel any future orders and to also cancel my credit card details off their database as I do not want to receive any further orders - all without success. I have been bluntly told that I WILL be charged $58.76USD and there is nothing I can do about it. I'm a fighter I'm afraid so they are going to have one hell of a struggle on their hands. I have plenty of time on my hands at the moment as I am off work sick so they will be hearing from me several times daily on their 'live chat'. I have also bombarded their [email protected] email address with messages which I mean to continue until an agreement is reached. I strongly suggest anyone else do the same, this company is acting illegally in taking unauthorised payments and if customers back off they will continue to get away with it laughing all the way to the bank.
I am amazed that they have been allowed to act in this way for so long.

Unauthorized sharing of credit info
If anyone (including myself) bothered to read the fine print "terms & agreement", NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD AGREE TO THESE TERMS!!!. Basically stated that by giving Dazzlewhite your credit card info that Dazzlewhite WILL subscribe you automatically (with or without your consent) with other "subsiderary" companies, SHARE your credit card account so they can ALSO CHARGE YOUR CARD AT WILL!!! Try to cancel your account. You need to call each company (that you didn't subscribe to) that you may not have known existed, obtain a cancel # FROM EACH COMPANY and pray your credit info will not be used again. The only way to stop this maddness is to contact your credit card company and change your account numbers. Also ask any of these "subsiderary" companies who is the parent company...good luck trying to get a straight answer ( if they were doing a legit business, why not give out this info). By the way..This "parent" company NOW HAS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AS WELL!!!

Overcharged & no product recieved
On or about 31/05/2009 I noticed that DazzleWhite was offering a product for whitening teeth for free plus postage. I requested a sample of the product for the price of USD$24.95. I recieved a conformation of this order number DZW461243747946. On my bank statement the amount of USD$58.76 was charged to my Credit Card, this was on the 23/06/2009.
So far there has been no sign of this product and I can't seem to contact them, also why was there an additional USD$33.81 charged to my Credit Card

Fraud
Like other people who have complained about Dazzlewhite I, too, fell for this scam. This fraudulent company stated a free trial then charged $14.95 for shipping. Next they put two charges through for $58.76 within a two week period. I rang my credit card company and was told to ring the companies yes, they passed my details to two other companies which also charged me (Insider Secret Tips & Comprehensive Weight loss) $3.24 and $7.14. I rang these two companies and told them I was NOT paying them and did not take no for an answer. I also let it be known that I had worked for a bank for a number of years in the debt and fraud department and I knew my rights. They refunded IMMEDIATELY!. With Dazzlewhite this was more difficult but they have committed fraud by false advertising AND charging for goods not supplied - THIS IS FRAUD. Also according to retailer agreements with banks which enable them to take credit cards they CANNOT pass your details onto other companies for them to debit your account as they like. They quote their terms and conditions but this is irrelevant. Banks do have black lists and I suggest all of you insist this company is put on the black list with your credit or debit card. REMEMBER DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER AND PREPARE TO BATTLE - IF YOU THREATEN THEM WITH THE INFO ABOVE THEY WILL BACK DOWN!!!

Dazzlewhite
Much like the lady whose complaint I've just read, I feel like I've been completely taken in by this company who are clearly operating sharp practices and probably making $000's of dollars by hoping people don't notice the microscopic small print in their "Ts & Cs" - which they kept repeating like a mantra.

Luckily there is a returns office in the UK so hopefully the postage won't sting me like the unexpected shipping costs have.

I just have to wait to receive the product now so I can sent it back!

Anyone in the US - is there a regulatory body I can send in a complaint to?

money taken from my account
I WAS UNAWARE THAT I WAS JOINING A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. I HAD GASTRIC BYPASS FIVE YEARS AGO AND I DON'T NEED A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. I WANT THAT SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND THE MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, (TOTAL $10.38).

Well, I'm one of those people that got suckered. These people are helping themselves to my money, again. Like all the other fools out there, I gave them my bank account info.
Stupid! Grown woman! Stupid! I got the free product, returned it immediately, and they are still c harging me.
DON"T BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE!

CREDIT CARD SCAM
Trial Offer?? Too good to be true. What I thought was going to cost $1.85, cost me an Additional $9.50 US because it was out of Country (United States) shipment. It was shipped from Pickering, Ontario, Canada for $1.18, a mere 4 hour drive from my home. I called and cancelled right after I placed order. Still charged $58.76 US. Charged $3.24 for Webaccess for some Weight-Loss E-book. and then charged $7.14 for a membership to some "Insider Secrets and Comprehensive. Was all in the Terms and Conditions they said. When I placed the order the online ordering never asked if I read the terms and conditions, in fact it did not show up until after the order was placed. I called 1 hour later and told them to stop the order. They said they could not as it was already sent to the shipment centre. I specifically asked if my call was being recorded and they said yes. That is when I stated I did not want it. Are there not laws governing when you have the right to cancel within a certain time frame. I know I have a few phone calls to make tomorrow as today is Sunday. This has totally put me off from ording anything online again. And to think that they are a Fundraising Supporter for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Do they know they are affiliated with an internet scamming company? Probably not.
