Fraud,billing credit cards
This company uses the come on of a free/discounted trial of a teeth whitener. your credit card is initially charged a minimal amount, but with that they get your credit card number. Shortly after, charges begin to appear. Apparently in their mice type (I never saw it, but they say it was there) you get charged $87.62, which you do not see until your next statement. By then it is usaully too late because you have 14 days to return the product or you are charged. In just another week I had a second $87.62 appear for the second month. The 800 number on the statement is a nonworking number. I called MasterCard immediately to stop the charge. They were well aware of these people (operate out of the country of Cyprus hence the additional foreign charge on your credit card.) MC did have a number for them, called and put me on the line to cancel. The Dazzlewhite rep gave instructions for issuing a credit for the most recent charge. I followed it to the letter, and have prooof that the prioduct was rteturned, but no credit. I have since discovered another charge on my card, also from Cyprus for $24.82 for an elitepak. They now say I signed up for a fitness club called World Club Fitness, which as bet I can determine, does not even exist. I have did talk to the Dept of Consumer Affairs (Florida). They have only had a handfull of complaints, but all that have been resolved, have been in a satisfactory manner.

Multiple unautorised credit card
I received my 'free' sample after having paid for delivery. I then noticed 3 more charges to my credit card - yet I have not received anything else. I contact the company, sent back the sample & was promised a full refund - I'm still waiting! Thank goodness have put a block on any further charges being debited from my account - as they have tried 3 more times - each time using a different company name.
This is a scam that is spreading - it must be illigal! They should be stopped

unauthorised bank debits
I got caught up in the dazzlewhite scam and money was being taken from my account without me realising. I spoke with a dazzlewhite employee online on 24 nov 09 who promised me that this would not happen again and gave me a cancellation code. I have the transcript saved on an email. But two amounts totalling £3o have been taken from account over the last few days. I cannot afford for this to keep happening. I have sent an email of complaint to [email protected]. The phone no. I have tried does not appear to be in use. I have proof that this was not meant to happen again. I cannot afford for this to keep happening and I have not received any further products from them so why are they still taking money. where do i go from here?

unauthorized charges
I agreed to a one time trial of this product, but not at the price I was charged. The charge was $88.50 plus an $.88 foreign transaction fee. I then was charged the same amounts again but I didn't receive the product. Now I have been charged $86.93 for another dose that I have not received. I called the company and was told that I have to send the products back in order to get credit for them. Hard to do when I didn't get them.

unauthorised charges against debit card
ordered the free trial that i saw adveristised on google/yahoo site and then noticed unauthorised charges of £54.98 and £54.16 on my bank statement ... this theft left me overdrawn with bank as it happened just before our wages were due and caused extra charges due to couple of cheques being returned
this company is fraudulent ... card now cancelled and we're waiting for paperwork to arrive to try and reclaim this amount ... we have 5 kids and this is a hefty sum to lose just before christmas
