scam
Dazzlewhite advertised a free product and after I submitted my information, they sent me my product. Then, I found out that I had to return the unused portion within 3 wks. or I would be charged $89.00 to my credit card so I didn't even open my product. I sent it right back to them, but the $89.00 was still taken off my card.

Unauthorised money taken from my account
I bought two dental white packs - since then I have had a lot of money laundered from my account by companies I know nothing about! The amounts are absolutely horrifying. At present it stands at £205.15. I am going to my bank tomorrow to see what c an be done. This is a SCAM and should be stopped immediately - from complaints I can see I am not the only one!!! The companies are:
NUTRALOGY
PRISTINEHLTH
ULTIFRESHWELL
ELITEPACK
THE PACKS I SENT FOR WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FOR £2. AND £7. APPROX. AND NO MENTION WAS MADE OF FURTHER ORDERS AND iN FACT i HAVE NOT RECEIVED FURTHER ORDERS.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES
Three months I received an e-mail for a tooth whitening product called "Dazzlewhite". I normally don't make online purchase for products after receiving e-mails from unknown parties but chose to do so this time. I read the sales agreement and agreed to purchase a trial sample for Dazzlewhite. The product burnt my teeth. I contacted Dazzlewhite Customer Service and was given a return address for the two vials which I received. I instructed them to cancell my monthly membership. I don't recall ever seeing any information on ezykit and elitepack nor do I ever recall seeing information which stated that I would be billed monthly from these two companies.

I spoke with TD Visa Loss Department this morning who have received many complaints about ezykit and elitepack. TD Visa willn't reverse the two charges which appear on my latest TD Visa Statement. They did provide me with contact numbers for both ezykit and elitepack where I was able to cancell my monthly memberships. I was given a cancellation #.

I advise all persons who have been scammed by ezykit and elitepack to notify your credit card company of any fraudulent charges which appear on your monthly statement. They should have a contact number for ezykit and elitepack. You will be given the option to cancell your monthly membership and will be given a cancellation #.

I also have a address for elitepack and ezykit:

Po Box 22100
East 26 Avenue
Aurora, Colorado 80019
USA

I suspect that elitepack and ezykit are owned by a parent company (name unknown) that hires a call centre to field complaints from current customers.

I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the State of Colorado and advise others to do the same. You may even wish to contact the Fraud Department of your Local Police Department.

Dazzlewhite
In addition to the difficulty in getting $60 credit back from Dazzlewhite for their "free trial, " I also started receiving several approximate $5 charges per month from affiliated rip off companies. I finally had to change and cancel my credit card (twice) so that "pre-authorization" Dazzlewhite and sister companies claimed they had couldn't be charged to my card for $5 - $20 per month.

Unautherized charges
Hello,
I purchased Dazzlewhite in September with my creidt card and the day I bought it over the net I called and canceled. I have a copy of the letter that states I would be refunded. I was refunded as I sent the item back within the specified time, but since this took place I have been charged small amounts under the name of Elitepack. Can you please advise ASAP.
My email address is [email protected]

credit card
When I order this product one for $1.95. that was all suppose to be charge to my credit card. Once they have your credit card they begin to charge my credit card every month for $79 and $87 or more dollars. I did not aggree to any thing except the $1.95. Now it is hard for me to get my money back and to stop them from continuing to take money from my account, my regular checks are being returned. They make it difficult to return the merchandise, they have even refused merchandise I have returned. They continue to send merchandise and take money from my account.
This is a ripe off and a scam, because once they get your credit card number they just keep getting your money without your permission.

scammed for money
Hi everyone. Yes i to was scammed by this Dazzlewhite Company. But i am a disabled person with limited income, so could not ring the american telephonee no that someone had given me. The easiest way to deal with this is to change your Bank account which i hyave now done. I know that i will not be able to regain the 2 £54.85 amounts that they stole from me. but at least they can not take anymore money from me. The Bank deal with all the direct debits the only people that you have to contact is money that is coming in. Hope that this helps you other people who have been scanneed. Regards Caroldee.

scam
Much the same as everyone else really. As soon as i realised the continual removal of funds from my account, i phoned my bank immediately and cancelled the account. As the company now has no method of withdrawing funds, i no longer care. I am down about $250 (australian) and consider myself lucky that i realised early. I suggest others cancel their accounts prior to making any complaints to these fraudulent, heartless sh$theads in case they take out more funds.

Rip Off
As everyone is saying Dazzlewhite is a scam. I got pulled in on it to. They charged my account over $100.00. Plus they hit my bank account $8.53 twice for a "Comprehensive Weight Loss" program. It piggy back with Dazzlewhite. I called my Bank and they are going to issue me a new card. I made a phone call to cancel everything and they gave me cancellation numbers. I said to them that I shouldn't have to cancel anything since I didn't authorize it in the first place. Anyway what we all should do is give them a new credit card and then when they hit it for the $1.95 shipping fee cancel the credit card. Man if we all would just do this it would be awesome! Just a thought.
Good Luck,
John
